Overall Rating
I have chosen this college because of its normal and affordable fee structure. The college is in the city area and all means of transport are easily accessible from the college campus. College provides all the facilities like hostel and placement to the students. The college has good campus and faculty here are very supportive and helpful.
 

Academics Rating
Nowadays demand of skilled employees has been increased in agriculture sector. Shri Guru Ram Rai University is quite famous for B.Sc. Agriculture course in the Dehradun city. Requirements are: 12 (PCM/PCB) certificate, domicile, transfer certificate, passport size photo based on the 12 and 10th percentage. College also provides scholarship to students in first starting year.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties are well experienced in their fields. They are well educated and some of them are gold medalist also in their fields. They provide valuable guidance and assistance. Teachers are always ready to help and clear our doubts and they are very down to earth. The faculties are friendly in nature with the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the college cell has active Placement Cell which takes care of providing placements to students. Placement in the college is of medium level. They are not too good in all domains, however, students who are hard working can get easily secure good placements from the college. Average placements are of 3-4 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, university has hostel and mess facilities. The hostel has a safe and pretty environment. Hostel rooms are clean, hygiene, well furnished, and Wi-Fi availability. The food provided in the hostel mess is also of average level. Hostel fees is little high than the services they provide.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The university has very beautiful campus. It has around 8 floors. It has a lift, canteen, and cafe with good quality food, basketball court, volleyball court, and badminton court for students to play. It has great library which has huge number of books. The classrooms are well furnished and have projectors.
 

Campus Rating
University has huge crowd. You can find students of different regions studying here which provides you diversity. In college many sports and cultural events are conducted annually including freshers, seminars, farewell, kishan mela, and many more fun events. In University, planned and structured curriculum with proper discipline is followed.
