Review of Kalindi College, New Delhi

Overall Rating
Firstly, my overall experience is not good with this college. I don't understand what the teachers teach us. I found many difficulties with my studies because I got late admission and when I told this to my teacher, she said she did not know how I would do. I chose this particular institute because I had heard that here, all the teachers are very cooperative and understanding but no, only a few of them actually are.
 

Academics Rating
In mathematics honours, the eligibility criterion is that you must have math in class 12th. You must be sure that you want to do something in the field of mathematics, then you may take admission in this course. Mathematics is not a joke, if you think you will only enjoy in the first year and study in the last month, then you are wrong. You must keep your studies balanced with enjoyment.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is not cooperative. Only a few of them here are actually cooperative and understanding. Personally, I don't understand what the teachers teach us. They just continuously write on the board, no matter whether you understand them or not. Some teachers only tell us about the methods of solving and finding answers, they do not even write a word on the board.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, in this college some students are really good at everything and this helps the students acquire jobs in the industry.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is bad; they have not made a proper building. They did not make buildings systematically and the parks are too small. The canteen is too small it does not look like a college. The washrooms are not up to the mark and the water here is not fit for drinking. There are no proper fans in the classrooms.
 

Campus Rating
There is no crowd here. Students go to other colleges to enjoy fests because our fest does not feel like a fest; it feels like some department program is being held. Societies are not working as they should and there are few clubs present. But for security purposes, it is the best college for girls. Transport facility is easily available for travelling to the college.

    Now, you are probably in search of making the best preference list to get into a good college of Delhi University. You search up for Kalindi and you see an article titled as "Kalindi; hidden gem of North Campus" and you put it on the 9th preference and you get to know that Kalindi is off campus.     Kalindi College is really one of the best colleges in Delhi for women. I personally love my college because of its safe surroundings and it being really close to my house really eased my travelling problem. It is located in a residential area and have lively surroundings. It is also animal friendly as I have seen many cats in the campus who loves the pet. It gives the same vibe as that of school.     I'm currently studying in Kalindi College. I always wanted to take admission in DU college, when I got the chance to take admission in this institute I was very sure about my thoughts to take admission in this university.
