Kalindi College offers holistic development with good academic opportunities.

Overall Rating
My overall experience at Kalindi College has been very good. It offers holistic development with good academic opportunities, along with extracurricular activities. The college also encourages students to participate in societies, giving them a chance to grow beyond academics. It encourages both learning and personal development of students. The experience is very enriching.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently pursuing BA Political Science Hons.from Kalindi College and the faculty in this department is excellent. The professors are very knowledgeable and supportive, especially for students prepping for competitive exams. Hence, the college location is very close to coaching centres, making it easier for students to manage time for both academics and exam preparation.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very supportive. They offer guidance on future opportunities and tips for improving your CV. They provide all the necessary notes & study materials for exams and future career guidance. They use both digital and traditional methods for teaching which makes it more enriching. They use a participatory approach which makes the classroom both engaging and effective.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell at Kalindi college. It offers average placements like other colleges in University of Delhi. I would encourage students to join the placement cell. It offers students to gain firsthand experience of the placement process. So many students understand how students get placed and learn about the obstacles in between.
 

Hostel Rating
Currently, our college is in the process of building hostels, which we hope, is completed soon. In the meantime, there is a well supported system of PG and Flats which provides accommodation near the college. Since the college is located in residential area, students living in PG enjoy a safe and secure environment.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our infrastructure is somewhat outdated, as it was developed quite some time ago. The classic red walls of the colleges in University of Delhi give you charming atmosphere to be in. The students are provided with essential amenities needed for a comfortable learning environment. The amenities are not modern but it is well maintained.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is quite enjoyable. You usually find your friends in the crowd as there are diversity of people in college. The college hosts fests from February to April, creating a vibrant atmosphere. There are regular extracurricular activities that keep students engaged, ensuring a fun and enriching learning experience.

    Firstly, my overall experience is not good with this college. I don't understand what the teachers teach us. I found many difficulties with my studies because I got late admission and when I told this to my teacher, she said she did not know how I would do.     Now, you are probably in search of making the best preference list to get into a good college of Delhi University. You search up for Kalindi and you see an article titled as "Kalindi; hidden gem of North Campus" and you put it on the 9th preference and you get to know that Kalindi is off campus. Though it is in North jurisdiction and is usually mentioned as North on some sites but it isn't actually.     Kalindi College is really one of the best colleges in Delhi for women. I personally love my college because of its safe surroundings and it being really close to my house really eased my travelling problem. It is located in a residential area and have lively surroundings. It is also animal friendly as I have seen many cats in the campus who loves the pet. It gives the same vibe as that of school.     I'm currently studying in Kalindi College. I always wanted to take admission in DU college, when I got the chance to take admission in this institute I was very sure about my thoughts to take admission in this university.
