Vignan Institute of Technology and Science is a very goal oriented college, whose one goal is to set its students with a good career. Its infrastructure is very appreciable. It is connected with the nature, so it's very peaceful here. I chose this institute because of its peaceful atmosphere and the rules that it follows to keep its students safe always. The security system is very good. The college has updated equipment and all the necessary laboratories with a very huge and very good library called Vignan Dhara.

There are many courses available in this college like ECE, EEE, IT, CSE, DS, AI-DS, and CSE (AI-ML). It also has M.Tech courses. This college was affiliated under JNTUH till 2023. Its curriculum is very practical and knowledgeable. It gives the students the advantage to learn new and advanced topics and subjects every semester. This college has two entry options: EMCET seat and management seat. EMCET seat depends on the category you belong to in terms of caste. Management seat is available for everyone.

The faculty and their way of teaching is very good. The entire faculty is qualified and meets the expectations. Most of them use smart devices like smart boards, projectors, etc. to deliver their content. Each branch has dedicated faculty and staff so that they can focus on their teachings for one subject per semester. The faculty is mostly approachable outside the classroom too. We also have counselor for every 30 students for all of the college. This helps us reach out more and ask for help if there is any problem.

Yes, we have a Placement Cell in our institute. It helps students with new and upcoming opportunities. Recently, we have got another new addition to our placement cell, that is start up guidance. Anyone from the college, having startup ideas can join this team. They will listen to the ideas and help us achieve our start-up goals with proper guidance and support.

Yes, we have hostel facilities in our institute. This hostel has two parts- one for girls and one for boys. It's in the campus only. There is also a bus service dedicated entirely to hostel students, focusing on their pickup and drop; with separate buses for girls’ hostel and boys’ hostel. The infrastructure is pretty decent. AC and non AC rooms are available. 2 more buildings have been added to this infrastructure recently to accommodate more students. The hostel life can be great. Seniors and juniors reside together and make bonds like family.

Our campus's main block called VITS is a hexagonal shaped building with G+5 floors. It's a big and vast campus with huge classrooms to accommodate up to 70-80 students in one class. In the centre of this hexagonal building, we have our open-air auditorium which is full of greenery, containing a stage in between the seating. We also have a great library within the campus, just beside the main campus. It is called Vignan Dhara. It has many books available for the students to borrow. It can accommodate many students (approx. 200-300) in it. It's a duplex library and also has a newspaper section and general sections for interested people.

Our institute is known for its way of teaching and academics. But apart from that, we also focus on student development and growth in sections like sports, mental and physical health, etc. We have cultural fests happening every third Saturday of every month. We have sports day every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. We also have an annual fest called "Vaansh" which has been a huge hit. We have clubs like "Atrangi" club for dances and cultural activities. We have branch wise tech clubs. We also have committees which take place during fests.
