Overview of Bhagwan Parshuram College

Overall Rating
I'm in 1st year and till now, my experience has been okay. Honestly, I did not have an aim to join this college, my rank in JEE was low, then in the counseling I got a seat here but now I have realised that overall, this college is very good for B.Tech. You can take your admission here.
 

Academics Rating
Firstly, you have to clear your 12th boards with at least 75 percent. Then you have to appear in JEE Mains examination and secure a good rank. Then participate in B.Tech IPU counseling, I got this college at 307K rank but don't be surprised, at my time cutoff had gone very low that's why I got it, otherwise cutoff of ECE would be around 200K.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is well qualified and experienced; all have graduated from prestigious colleges of DU, NSUT, DTU, and other colleges. Teachers of 1st year are very low skill; they don't know how to teach, they don’t even cover the syllabus before exams but teachers from 2nd year are very skilled and qualified.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a Placement Cell but this year recession is going on due to which there are no tech jobs in our college. Only core companies are coming which provided the highest package of 30 LPA and the lowest of 4 LPA this year.
 

Hostel Rating
There is only girls’ hostel. The security of hostel is very good; no boys can enter the hostel premises. Mess is available for the hostel students but the food quality is not good, it is just eatable.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is very small; there is no college life. If I talk about academic blocks, every block is about only half a floor or full floor. Only 2 buildings are there in our college. Library is available which is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available and you can issue any books that you want.
 

Campus Rating
Our college organises annual cultural fest every year named as Malhar. Last year we invited Akhil Sachdeva for the concert night, which was awesome. If I talk about cultural societies and tech societies, you can join them if you have interest in any one of them or you can also join our sports team and play nationals representing our college.
