Daulat Ram College B.Sc Review By Ishika

My overall experience is very good in this college. I chose this college because of its infrastructure, its NIRF ranking, and societies. This college’s fee is more than other colleges. You should go to this college because the teachers and seniors are very helpful, organisation of fests and other activities are full of fun and enjoyment. There are lots of flowers in our college which gives positive vibe and greenery.

My course is B.Sc life science in which I study 3 subject combination; chemistry, botany, and zoology and other four additional subjects also like AEC, GE, VAC which grow your skills and through which you can know other subjects also. For admission in this college, you should give CUET entrance exam. Eligibility is 12th passed with 50% marks. My motive for enrolling in this subject is that in this course, I have more choices to build my career than in any other subject.

Faculty members of my course are very helpful and give material if required otherwise they say that go to library and find the books and search for topics because according to them, in this way you gain more knowledge by finding the topic on your own. Most teachers of my course are assistant professors and professors. Some teachers have studied from Delhi University and teaching students in same college. They have great knowledge and their method of teaching is great. They give all the information about the topics and their method is easily understandable.

Infrastructure of Daulat Ram College is very good. There is a seminar hall which is fully AC and Sadhbhavna Bhavan where lots of space is present and no suffocation problems occur because of space. Most of the functions are organised in Sadhbhavna Bhavan. Seminars are organised in seminar hall. There is also a girls’ common room in which girls enjoy during breaks. There is a canteen area where the food is so yummy and a garden in which you can enjoy. Photocopy shop is also present inside the college which is very helpful. Security of college is good; personally I really like it.

Overall campus life is very good. Seniors are very helpful; whenever we are stuck at any point they are always available to help us. There are department fests as well as overall college fest is organised which is amazing and filled with lots of fun. Lots of activities happen every day through which you can show your talent and improve your interaction with people.
