DSCE Engineering College Review

Overall Rating
Choosing DSCE for my engineering has many reasons as it is very popular college and has NAAC Accredited with A+ GRADE for their performance in studies, placements, infrastructure and events. Students in this college have many opportunities like further studies in India and foreign or taking a good placements offer from the college.
 

Academics Rating
The courses are well updated. There are labs for proper understanding of the topic. Exams will be conducted regularly as the pattern varies for different subjects. Courses have almost all the things from the described syllabus. Exams will be conducted to test the student's knowledge.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties in the university are well-qualified and trained to teach the subjects. But there is a mismatch in communications skills between teachers and students because some teachers only know Malayam or Tamil which is good for local students, but for other state students like me only understand English and Hindi. They also not provide proper notes and take class very fast to complete the syllabus.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement cell in our college is very responsive and always tries to place 100% students in the companies. They are always approaching companies to come in the campus to give their best offers. As the statistics of the college states that almost 90-95% students get placed every year in the best companies like Wipro, Byjus, Amazon, Dell, HP, Tata, and many more.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are clean and Wi-Fi enabled for the better students study and food quality is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
College provides almost every facility like AC, Water, Wi-Fi, and furnished classrooms with smart boards. Many more facilities are provided which are essential for the students. Library is big enough that every student can easily do study. It has proper seating arrangement and contains almost every subject book for everyone. Wardens maintain a secure and well culture environment in hostel. Food service is very good. It has a big playground. The sports provided here include chess, carrom, basket ball, badminton, football, volleyball, cricket, and many more.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good as it is surrounded with nature. Our college is near the national highway so the connectivity is not an issue here. Frequent events like quizzes, fests, seminars, and webinars were organized. The atmosphere is good.

    Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering is on the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Students from Kerala and Tamil Nadu take admission here. I am from Palakkad, Kerala so it is easy for me to travel and get there. The college provides transportation facilities for convenience to attend the lectures. I took admission here because I wanted to study Biomedical Engineering. I searched for so many colleges that offer this degree but I couldn’t find a good one so I decided to join this college...     Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering is such an amazing college and has a good & positive atmosphere. There are a lot of experienced faculties here. It is a well-disciplined college, and no sort of ragging is entertained inside the campus. Well maintained laboratories and new equipment are available in the campus for us to get hands on learning experience.     The college provides a peaceful environment to the students for their studies and extracurricular activities. The faculties are friendly and they provide full support in our studies .The infrastructure of the college is good.
