From my experience, I would say that the usual environment of the college is that of more focus on studies along with plenty of pockets of opportunities for the students in extracurricular activities through various student clubs and groups and also through the annual fests held in the college. I chose this particular institute because I found their record of student placements decent and also the overall tuition fees seemed affordable when compared with other private colleges. Besides these reasons, students can also join this college, if they want quality education in subjects relating to information technology.

The entry in the college is done through two ways. Half of the total students in a particular course are selected through JEE rank and the other half is selected on the basis of the overall percentage secured in 12th boards in Math, Physics and any other subject of the student's choice. The course for Computer Science in Engineering is completed in 4 years here.

All the faculty members in the college have either completed their Ph.D course or are actively pursuing their Ph.D in the college itself while teaching. Though, the teaching quality depends and differs from teacher to teacher. Also, in addition to regular lecture classes, the college also conducts tutorial classes with smaller group of students in order to ensure more one on one interaction between the students and the teacher.

Yes, there is indeed a placement cell in the college. It does help the students in acquiring jobs but as in most colleges the skill of the individual student matters more.

The college indeed provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. There is a swimming pool and a gym with separate timings for both boys and girls. Basketball court and table tennis facilities are also provided. The total fees for hostel are Rs 8 lacs. The hostels are provided with Wi-Fi and every room is provided with AC.

All the classrooms and library are air conditioned. The campus also has a café that provides students with refreshments. Besides, the college also has an air-conditioned amphitheater for organizing events. Further, the college has various laboratories for Physics, Electrical Sciences, and Engineering Designing etc.

There are coding clubs like GDSC and RPH, DEBSOC for debating etc. The college has two campuses, one in sector 62 and the other in sector 128. Both of these have their own fests, 'Impressions' is the fest for sector 62 campus while 'Converge' is the fest for the campus in sector 128. Both of these are held in the months of February and March. Besides different clubs of the college hold competitions like hackathons every month.
