My review on Dayanand Sagar Academy of Technology College

Overall Rating
This is one of the best colleges in Karnataka for engineering by KCET and COMEDK. The highest package of the college was 36 lakhs per annum. If you have given KCET and COMEDK and ranked a little bit low, yet you want to join a great university for engineering, Dayanand Sagar Academy of Technology and Management is the best option.
 

Academics Rating
For academics it is the best college. Three internal exams are conducted and the best two are taken as the result. They help to improve your CGPA and academics performance. An engineering exploration is conducted for better design development and logical thinking. 85% attendance is compulsory. In each subject you will be given assignments and presentation, which will carry marks and further benefit your CGPA at the end of the semester.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are one of the best parts of this college. They all are well experienced having almost 10 to 15 years of experience in their fields. They are having M.Tech and PhD degrees. The lecturers give great guidance for obtaining good marks and clearing doubts. Each student is assigned a faculty member, who views their student’s progress and growth. Our principal Mr. M. Ravishankar is behind the college’s success.
 

Placement Rating
The placement is very good in our college. They start training us for placements in our 6th semester. Top company’s like Dell, Mercedes Benz, Cognizant Infosys and Wipro recruit students according to their abilities and skills. The highest package of our college has been 36 lakhs per annum.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel food is very good. Many facilities are available in the hostels like Wi-Fi and laundry etc. You will get a special meal every day and a special drink every evening.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college campus is very green. Our campus has a gym, cricket and basketball ground. You can play indoor activities like chess and carrom. Well established canteens and food truck are also available. Our library is very big and is having all the necessary books and resources.
 

Campus Rating
In our college there are so many clubs for students. We have a club for students interested in dancing, singing, fashion and art etc. Kannada Rajyotsava is a very special function that is conducted every year. In the month of October, the Taranga fest will be held for 3 days. Many functions and fests occur throughout the year in the campus.

I didn't even know this college called DSATM (the second branch of Dayananda Sagar College) existed till I joined this college.     Dayananda Sagar has 4 Campus and first one is located in Kumaraswamy Layout Bangalore this is autonomous college, and second one is located in kanakpura main road near Ravishankar ashram, even this is autonomous college, and third one is located in Hosur Rd, Kudlu Gate that is university, and fourth one is located in harohalli campus.
