The DSATM Bangalore campus covers a land area of approximately 10 acres. It is well-equipped with modern infrastructural facilities like smart classrooms, library, laboratories, auditorium, seminar halls, food court, transportation, sports, hostel, etc. The entire premises of DSATM Bangalore have nearly 140 Wi-Fi access points so that students can seamlessly connect to high-speed Internet and learn from the online resources.

Academic Facilities
Around 49 smart classrooms are present at the campus wherein students are provided with digitally enhanced learning sessions by the teachers using LCD projector & AV aids. Besides this, lecture halls and nearly 12 tutorial rooms are also there for teaching-learning purposes.
The auditorium is capacious and has a huge seating arrangement. It is centrally air-conditioned and well-equipped with a modern projection screen, high-quality acoustics, and lighting systems. Using these, various large scale academic, cultural, and professional events are hosted efficiently.
At the seminar halls of the Institute, workshops, seminars, conferences, guest lectures, and presentations are held. The halls have a sufficient seating capacity and are adequately equipped with advanced LCD projector, smart screen, sound system, and much more. Photocopier section, amphitheatre, studios, museums, etc. are also available at the premises.
The remaining academic facilities are discussed below:
- Library: A Library & Information Centre, spread across 2512.08 square metres area is located inside the campus. It has reading spaces and a reference section that has a seating capacity of around 100 students.
To access the digital library facilities, more than 48 PCs with Internet connection are available. The other facilities are private study zones, reprographic facilities (network printing, photocopying, spiral binding), book bank, newspaper clippings, and so on. Furthermore, library collection includes the following:

- Laboratories: There are around 7 computer centres and 2 computer labs at the DSATM Bangalore campus wherein an adequate number of systems of latest configuration are installed. Here, practical classes are conducted for the students and they are allowed to use the same for research purposes.
Apart from this, around 3 Language labs and 59 laboratories for various streams are there to equip the students with industry-relevant practical skills. The labs of Electronics and Communication, Civil, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering departments, to name a few are fully-fledged with advanced instruments and equipment. Some of the labs are Electronics Skill Enhancement lab, Material Testing lab, Micro Controller lab, and AICTE Idea lab.
Non-Academic Facilities
The Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management campus has built barrier-free infrastructure like ramps, lifts, accessible restrooms, and more for the students with special needs. Security guards are deployed and CCTVs are installed at strategic locations to ensure students’ safety.
The major non-academic facilities offered to students to enhance their campus experience are as follows:
- Sports: Courts and amenities for outdoor sports like Basketball, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, and Cricket are provided to the students. A Badminton Court, Squash Court, Table Tennis Hall are there; also, amenities for Chess, Carrom, and Foosball are provided at the ‘Sports and Student Activity Centre’.
- Hostels: The Institute offers accommodation facilities to the male & female students separately within the campus. The furnished rooms are allocated to the students on a sharing basis and can accommodate a total of 175 boys and 322 girls.
Mess / centralised dining facilities are available at the DSATM Bangalore Hostels wherein tasty & nutritious meals are served to the boarders. For a comfortable stay, residents are provided with amenities & services like security, Wi-Fi, medical, gym, sports, laundry, and the list goes on.
- Food Court: The ‘Food Court’ is spacious and is well-maintained. Here, students and faculties are served with healthy meals at economical rates.
- Transportation: The students studying at the Institute are provided with bus transportation services to commute daily to and from the campus. These buses operate on various routes of the city for this purpose.
- Healthcare Facilities: Basic medical facilities like first-aid, diagnostic services, etc. are provided to students in the ‘First Aid & Sick Room’ present in the DSATM Bangalore campus.
The Institute provides emergency medical support to the students and referral services to the nearby Hospitals. Besides this, to encourage the students to lead a healthy lifestyle, health check-ups & awareness programs are held regularly.
- Gymnasium: At the gymnasium of the Institute, modern weight training equipment like dumbbells, plate sets, treadmill, bench press, and many more are available. Students can use these to stay physically fit.
The Institute has formed various clubs to motivate the students to take interest in other co-curricular activities and develop lifetime skills.
