Overall Rating
DIATM (Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology & Management) is an average rated college and it provides good facilities. Overall, it is good for students who want to enroll for a degree program in low budget. In Durgapur locality, DIATM is one of the popular colleges where students get enrolled every year.
 

Academics Rating
Course which I have taken is "Computer Science and Engineering", and that is also B.Tech lateral course for 3 years duration. Eligibility to take admission in the lateral entry course is, you must have done diploma in your current chosen stream or the stream you had in your diploma, It does not matter because students from any branch can transfer their branch in B.Tech to something else.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are good enough. There is 6-7 faculty members are there in our CSE branch. Their backgrounds are mostly Ph.D or M.Tech degree or some of them are currently pursuing any of them. Style of teaching of each and every faculty member is subject to the student’s interest and their personal opinions.
 

Placement Rating
We have a placement cell at DIATM. It organizes the pre-placement training for 4th year students to prepare for the campus placements. On an average, maximum companies are either startups companies or small tech companies, offering about 2-3 lakh per annum. The number of companies visiting is very less.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus's academic blocks are well structured and eye catching. The whole campus has so many facilities like sports playgrounds, eco-park for girls, canteens etc. The environment and view of the campus is refreshing and it looks very beautiful. Our campus also has hospitality services. Overall, Infrastructure seems well structured and maintained.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life here is very pleasant and enjoyable. The crowd here is also good. Tech fests are organized here and there is so much activities initiated in the fest like projects, cultural activities etc.

    Our college Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology and Management is very good and knowledgeable for the students learning. I am having a good experience till now. Classes, sports, functions, and so many other activities are arranged here on a regular basis. The placement rate is quite low somehow, because our college is providing the degree in such average budget for the students. Other than that, I really love the campus life here.     Overall, our college is good enough for someone who wants to get a degree in small budget. Through sports to programs, many functions are arranged in the institute. I like its campus life.     My college is very good as it provides better education. Teachers are so helpful. Examination pressure is less. Classes are taken regularly. Cultural part is so good and every occasion is held here. Students can prepare themselves for the exams by taking the classes regularly.     Overall, Our college DIATM is good in some aspects as well as bad in some aspects. Talking about campus life, friends, groups, functions, and sports etc. are one of the good things, whilst placement is one of the bad things. Fees are affordable so according to that, It is a well balanced college with every activity. If you want to get a degree of B.Tech in affordable fees, then it can be a good choice.
