My college - Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre

Overall Rating
Nehru college is one of the greatest colleges. They provide an excellent academic with dedicated faculties. Modern technologies are used here to teach the students. All the staffs are friendly and cooperative. The campus is well maintained. They also provide placement training sessions. Every year many students are passing out with a best campus placement. The reason why choose this college is because of the academics, extracurricular activities and the placement trainings.
 

Academics Rating
This college provides variant of courses. I choose Computer Science and Engineering. The eligibility to get admissions is through management seats or the merit seats. I have joined with management seats. Only requirement is we need to pass the plus two with science. I enrolled CSE because I need to know more about codlings and computers. I like to become a software Engineer.
 

Faculty Rating
All the facilities are dedicated and encourage each student to achieve their goals. Instead of spoon feeding they teach us in a very interesting way. It just feels like we are in part of a group discussion. We discuss and clear all the doubts up-to-date. The faculty focuses on each and every student and makes each student to come forward with their ideas and thoughts.
 

Placement Rating
The main key highlighted factor is their placement trainings. We got placement trainings from the starting itself. They help to create a base level to build up our future. The college brings the best placement training classes from the outside. They help us to understand how to crack the interview.
 

Hostel Rating
No, I'm not in the hostel. But I'm using the college bus for my transportation. We don’t have to rush to catch private bus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is beyond the words. I have never seen a campus with this much of well maintained ambience and discipline. There are a lot of buildings for each department. The classroom is all fully hi-tech. The labs are provided with best equipments. And there is free Wi-Fi. College canteens and cafeteria is great. The food there is so delicious. Eco-friendly campus.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus experience is great. I am so happy to choose this college. This is my third year in this college still there is no regret for choosing. Every year there is programs conducted, workshop is conducted. Tech festival is the main highlighted thing. Many celebrities and talented person will come to join the festival. Inter college program are conducted. Sports, science, NSS, NCC, and IEEE etc. are provided in the college.

    Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre is an autonomous institution affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University situated in Thiruvilwamala in Thrissur district of Kerala, approved by AICTE with NAAC 'A' grade.
