VIIT , Pune Honest Student Review

Overall Rating
My overall experience in the college till now is good and will be experiencing more in upcoming years. The curriculum of the course is well maintained and diversified. It contains project work, term work, end semester, mid semester and practical’s. Each chapter of the subject has its own test as the chapter ends i.e. CIE.
 

Academics Rating
AI and Data Science, this course focuses on AI development and Data Science, course consist of all the required skills for AI and Data Science, also DSA and other skills for overall skill development. The eligibility of the course depends on the CET counseling cutoff, and students interested in the domain of AI and Data Science should opt for this course.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers are great and friendly, with more than 10 years of experience. They are more focused on practical experience in field of course. Teaching style is based on the interaction with students and their understanding level. All the teachers have a background of technical and software services.
 

Placement Rating
Due to the recession the placements are little low but the average package is 7 lpa usually. With tie ups with different companies up to 95% students are placed. Internships are compulsory for 3rd and 4th year students’.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are total of 5 building and each branch has its own building respectively. Each building has 9 computer labs and one science lab with one bathroom on each floor. 24x7 water supplies and drinking water is available for students. A library is present in the college with various books.
 

Campus Rating
Great campus. It has all the facilities for students. More than 30 clubs are available to take part in. Each year fest and gatherings are held in college in February. Many guest speakers and seminars are held in every month. Many influencers and CEO of companies do visit and guide students.

  • World class educational & placement opportunities at VIIT, Pune

    I got to know from my friend that VIIT is one of the topmost colleges in Maharashtra. As I was clearing the cutoff for B.Tech branch that I wanted, I immediately applied for admission through CAP rounds. College has a really good infrastructure.
