Ground reality of NIT Warangal by MSC physics student

Overall Rating
National Institute of Technology Warangal stands among the top 3 NITs of the India. If you want to pursue engineering from the top institution of India you can join it by qualifying JEE MAINS examination which is held twice in a year.
 

Academics Rating
You will have to secure a good percentile in JEE MAINS examination that is held twice a year. With that you should also have to get minimum aggregate of 75 percent in your class 12 board examination. MSC in Physics is a three year course and I have joined it to pursue my course from top institution of India.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties of NIT Warangal are highly qualified and awarded from various top institution of India. But many of them are not actually interested in teaching the student. They just came to class and connect the projector with their laptop and just scroll the PPT. In the other side some faculties out their all efforts so that their students became capable to face the upcoming company’s challenges.
 

Placement Rating
There exists a placement cell in NIT Warangal which is mostly run by the coordination of students as placement coordinator. Various companies visit the campus for recruiting the students. Here internship opportunities are also provided to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
All the hostel of NIT Warangal is good enough with the largest hostel of accommodation of about 1800 students together. In each hostel you get the facilities of gym, reading room, TV room, and indoor games facilities such as table tennis and ground for playing badminton are also available there.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of NIT Warangal is good. The campus is spread over the area of 248 acres. The Central library of NIT Warangal is the biggest among all the NITs of India with the total books count around 1 lakh 86 thousand. There is small hospital inside the campus with availability of ambulance to serve the student. There is barber shop and juice shop for students. One famous place here is the time square which is located in front of the admin building.
 

Campus Rating
I rate the college life of NIT Warangal 8 out of 10. The peer group of students that you find here is just awesome. There are many clubs in the NIT Warangal which you can join as per your interest by giving the interview of the respective clubs. On coming to the fest, each year NIT Warangal organises two fests that are Technozian (technical fest) and Spring Spree (cultural fest).

    So my institute name is NIT Warangal, it is in Telangana. I got here through JOSAA. I chose this particular institute because of its placement percentage and learning environment. Here every second you will be surrounded with the brilliant brains of India, this also provides platform for various clubs like robotics club, etc. It has big library which is open all the time....     NIT Waranagal does not need any introduction. It is one of the most prestigious institutes in India. However, my particular reason for joining this institute over other institutes is its placements and internships. Awesome placements.
