Exploring Campus Life at BMCC Pune

Overall Rating
BMCC Pune is a good college for Commerce and is very famous in Pune. I chose this college for its good reputation, which has been well maintained over the decades. The College is known for its placements with high packages in MNCs and its academics. The college has high tech facilities with high tech teachers, all with minimum fees.
 

Academics Rating
I have taken B.Com in this college with Costing as my main subject. The eligibility for admission in this college is that you should get good marks in class 12th. A good percentage will make it easy for you to enroll in this course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in this college is very kind and helpful. Every teacher in this college is approachable. They resolve all the doubts asked by students and their teaching quality is top notch. They teach through smart TV, which enhances their teaching quality. Many teachers show articles and informative videos through this smart TV, which helps to increase the grasping power of students.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell in the college, where high MNCs come for taking interview. Many students from our college have been chosen for high paying through this. The job recruitment process goes on very smoothly. This motivates the junior students to work hard in their academic year.
 

Hostel Rating
The BMCC Pune hostel is the one of the best hostels in Pune. I have been in this hostel since 2 years. The facilities are good. They include 24-hour drinking water, best quality food; there are special items on Sundays, decent room size, etc. I love the quality of hostel food and its home- like environment.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the college is very beautiful with old architecture work done. The college has gym, clean toilets, a big hall, sports ground, Basketball court, etc. The college is still expanding slowly as many things are to be added in future.
 

Campus Rating
The college is known for its campus placements, fests, activities, etc. There are many clubs made in college like NCC, NSS, etc. for army, social work and college programs. Every week, chief guests are called in the college for programs held in TATA hall, which motivates the students to become like them one day. The college has various other fests for food, science, startups, etc. Many startup founder CEOs come to our college to discuss their experiences of ups and downs while making their business a success. The college is best college for me.

  • BMCC Pune Fee Structure for Indian and International Students

    I would rate 7.5 for overall experience. I was really interested for this college but then the academics here are quite different. The overall crowd is more bound towards academics and there is no such fun in college life, events and fests. The only different thing for this college is that for academics it is a bit challenging to score above 8 or 8.5 CGPA so you need to prepare well for your examination.... Read Full Review

    Overall, the college is good. The college infrastructure is huge. The college has a big ground. Most of the staff is friendly. Most of the teachers are helpful and friendly.     Pune is a distinguished name in terms of colleges and choosing the best college perhaps can land one in turmoil. Not just for me but even for my parents, we roamed in the city for a week before finally concluding that BMCC Pune is the one where I will study BBA. Coming from UP BMCC was unheard of as it is more popular in Maharashtra. When I read about the college, we saw that college has won many titles and is a legend in college.     BMCC (Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce), Pune is a wonderful college especially if you want to pursue extra-curricular activities. I belong to Nepal and since Pune is known as the Cambridge of the East, I came to Pune. There is a central admission process wherein through one form you apply for various colleges of Pune to get admission to junior college.
