The BMCC Pune campus covers a land area of approximately 12.71 acres and has a built-up area of around 14,649.5 square metres. The premises of the College have sprawling greenery with heritage buildings including the Main Building, BBA Building, and Business Motivation, Training & Research Centre Building, to name a few are present.
At BMCC Pune, there are ample educational & non-academic facilities provided to the students to encourage their overall growth. A few of the amenities are classrooms, library, labs, auditoriums, conference rooms, sports, and so on.
Students are provided with Wi-Fi connectivity inside the BMCC College Pune campus to support modern digital learning, and to facilitate access to online learning resources. The classrooms, assembly halls, and meeting rooms are equipped with latest ICT amenities like interactive digital panel, and other aids.
Apart from this, there are around 3 auditoriums at the premises. The ‘Padma Vibhushan Dr. Cyrus Poonawalla’ (auditorium-cum-conference hall) is air-conditioned and can accommodate 160+ students. The other auditoriums are ‘Tata Assembly Hall’ and ‘BMTRC A/V Hall’, having an accommodation capacity of nearly 600 and 50 students, respectively. Here, modern AV aids & interactive panels are available and are used for conducting events like guest lectures, workshops, social gatherings, competitions, and much more.
In addition to this, ‘Maitree Audio Visual Hall’ and multiple conference rooms & seminar halls, equipped with adequate presentation aids are present to host different academic & personality development activities. Other facilities include a ladies common room called ‘Smt. Malanbai Doshi Hall’, and ramps & other supporting aids for the visually & physically challenged students.

- Library: There is a two-storey library building at the campus that covers approximately 1347.58 sq. m. of land area. It has 2 reading halls that can accommodate nearly 60 and 300+ students. At the library, there are abundant study materials such as 1,10,400+ books, around 45,600 titles, 61 National & 3 International journals & magazines, 454 thesis, 324 dissertations, periodicals, and many more.
Also, students are provided with digital library facilities wherein they can access non-print learning resources like nearly 350 CDs & DVDs, 500 rare digital databases, e-books, e-journals, E-ShodhSindhu, Pearson India, Sage Publishing, McGraw-Hill, and British Council Library, to name a few.
Other than this, there is a ‘UGC Network Research Centre’ and another computer lab for visually challenged students with Internet facilities that have around 20 & 6 PCs, respectively to access the online learning resources. Remaining facilities include a well-equipped conference hall, and a reprographic section with photocopying services.
- Laboratories: Inside the BMCC Pune campus, there are multiple high-tech computer laboratories wherein sufficient number of PCs is available. Students can use the computing facility for academic & research purposes. There are various other labs such as ‘P.N. Gadgil Language Laboratory’, Commerce lab, Accounts lab, etc. to equip the students with the necessary practical skills.
- Sports: At the BMCC Pune campus, there is a Basketball Court and about 2 Sports Grounds wherein facilities for outdoor games like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Hockey, Handball, Softball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Athletics, and several others are available for the students. Besides this, there is a students’ recreation centre named ‘Pittie Hall’, wherein amenities for indoor sports like Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, etc. are provided.
- Hostels: The College has the provision of accommodation facilities separately for boys and girls within the campus. The BMCC Pune Hostel rooms are equipped with requisite amenities along with attached washrooms. Boarders are provided with sufficient residential facilities for a comfortable stay such as mess, reading room, round the clock security, medical services, and the list continues.
- Canteen: There is a canteen / food court present within the College’s premises wherein requisite seating space is available for the students. Here, different types of snacks & beverages are served to the students.
- Gymnasium: A Gymkhana is available in a separate building at the BMCC Pune campus. It has various training equipment to encourage the students to exercise and maintain their overall health.
There are a number of clubs that run at the College. Students can take part in the activities hosted by these clubs and develop their skills and overall personality. Apart from this, there are many committees established to rectify students’ issues and to maintain decorum & discipline inside the Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce campus.
