Indraprastha College for Women (IPCW), the 1st girl’s college, is one of the famous colleges affiliated with the Delhi University. It is well known for its academic reputation and infrastructure. IPCW is not located particularly in the North Campus but two stations away from Vishvidhyalya in Civil Lines. It has its academic excellence particularly in Humanities, Social Sciences, and Commerce. It is the first women’s college that was ever established in Delhi which recently completed 100 years. The institution has had a number of alumni who have made a great name for themselves in their respective fields. The infrastructure is also decent compared to most colleges. Fee is reasonable that is around 27-35 thousand rupees for most courses. Depending upon the need students can also avail scholarship and financial aid.... Read Full Review

My experience at IP College in the past 2 years has been a bitter-sweet one. Like every other college IP also has its virtues and vices, the campus, academics and faculty are excellent wherever the campus life is pretty average only. For students who want to focus mainly on their studies and extra-curricular don't really hold such importance can go for IP, and won't regret it. As we had to appear for CUET (Common university entrance test) for enrollment in college, we had many other options of colleges and courses to choose upon. I wanted to pursue Economic honors from University of Delhi but along with it I filled many different courses along with many other universities.
