Overall Rating
Panjab University Chandigarh is the government aided institute that provides almost every course in an effective way. It has very friendly atmosphere in the campus. The seniors are very co-operative with all. The faculty members and the professors are so good. The course fee is very less as well as all the teachers are well educated and experienced.
 

Academics Rating
The course is 4 year program under NEP 2020. The university provides more practical knowledge as compared to theoretical knowledge. For the B.Sc course the student has to first clear the PUCET exam conducted by Panjab University. And after the exam result there will be counseling process for the seat allotment to the students in different departments.
 

Faculty Rating
The professors are well educated and they had clear NET JRF. With many year of teaching experience some teachers come under India's best teachers and many teachers have discovered the species that we study in the curriculum. The teachers are very cooperative with the students. Hence they are always available to help the students out from the problems. The timing of the campus is 9 to 5.
 

Placement Rating
In zoology, the university did not provide placement in an effective way. The University has its own placement cell but in this course placements are not guaranteed.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is stunning as it contains each and everything. The fees for the hostel for a year is 12000 excluding food. The meal in the hostel is for rupee 40 per meal. The quality of meal is fabulous. I will rate the food 8 out of 10.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Panjab University campus is in 550 acres area which contains many departments, hostels, apartments and buildings. The University campus also contains dispensary and a wide market for the daily usage products. There are separate buildings for the different departments and separate buildings for different hostels. There is a building of student center in the middle of the university that is the symbol of the Panjab University.
 

Campus Rating
The best part of Panjab University, the campus life that provides a different kind of motivation to survive in the campus as the most of the students performs different activities during the campus hours and the non campus hours. The area around the library which is named as Gandhi bhavan is always full of students and crowd in the university is always there. There are number of fest that are organised in the Punjab University such as Jhankar, Scitron, Cyanide, etc. This fest are organised in the month of February and March.

    One of the top government Universities of India is Panjab University. The location is very prime as well as the crowd here is very diverse. The Engineering department of PU is one of the major attractions for the fresh students as it provides good opportunity and a minimal cost.
