Review on the Pallavi Engineering College

Overall Rating
The Pallavi Engineering College is decent and very affordable as compared to other colleges. I chose this college because it has the course I wanted to pursue, Computer Science Engineering. It offers a variety of programs, though the quality and depth may vary according to the department.
 

Academics Rating
All branches are taught the basic subjects like Math, Science, English, C Programming, etc. in the first year. From the second year main core subjects will be taught. You can take admission in this college through the EAMCET exam or management quota. You can become eligibility by clearing your intermediate or diploma. My motive for enrolling in this course was I will be learning about the new technologies.
 

Faculty Rating
The Pallavi Engineering College has good and knowledgeable teachers. They have a vast knowledge about their course and are well qualified in B.Tech, M.Tech, etc. But their style of teaching is normal. They use the old school method for teaching.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in this Engineering College. They only help in finding placements when you are in the 4th year of your college. The average package of our college is 3.5 to 4 LPA and the highest package is around 9 to 12 LPA, whereas the lowest is 1.8 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have hostels but it is not in the college, it’s 3 km from the college premises. But bus services are provided from the hostel to the college and back. Two buses are available, one for the girls and the other for boys. The hostels are improving and are better than before. Overall, the hostels are above average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In our college there are two blocks. We have a four-storey building that has a lab, with the necessary requirements available. We also have a small ground for cricket, kho kho, volleyball, kabaddi and badminton. This college has enough parking space for the vehicles.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is good, I have enjoyed with my friends. Some teachers are friendly here. We have clubs, but they are not so active. Maybe they will be in the future. The technical fests are only average. I participated in the coding quiz and jamming session. We celebrate every festival here like Bathukamma, Ganesh Chaturthi, Sankranti and many more.

    Well, I joined this college because it was nearby and it has the least fee in the city, Rs. 75,000 per year. I joined through the management quota, not counselling. The college experience in a whole is not too bad for B.Tech. We've got decent faculty, good ground for sports and average package placements.... Read Full Review

    My college is an average college. I choose this college because I was more interested in getting a Computer Science degree and in EAMCET counseling I got this college for the course I want.     My overall experience at this institute was average. The faculty was so good and friendly with every student. Their support for students was very good. Coming to sports, infrastructure and academics, they were not up to my expectations in my 4 years of B.Tech life. But I enjoyed every moment with my friends and some faculty members....     I have joined in this institute through an EAMCET rank. At first its Nagole institute of Technology and when I joined the college it changed the name to Pallavi and was claimed by Delhi Public School. So everyone thought that this will become one of the greatest colleges. But it hasn't changed at all in these 4 years. The fee was low when I was joined. It's just 45600/- and I got scholarship.
