Indraprastha College for Women- The Best College

Overall Rating
Hello everyone, so I'm going to tell you so many things about my college the Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. It’s a beautiful college in the North campus. The peacocks, cats, nature, trees, flowers will always attract you throughout your long 4-year journey. You will cry when you will leave the campus. Its campus walls will always remind you of the Connaught Place (CP).
 

Academics Rating
I am from the BAP department which is a B.A. Program. In BAP there are 2 main combinations of disciplines like History and Political Science, English and Math, etc. Different combinations of subjects will help you to explore more about your career line in the future, as you will to explore many fields. You can also choose a Hons. Degree in many courses like Psychology (Hons.) and History (Hons.). My college has a department of Mass Media which studies about Journalism. Only IPCW has this department.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members here are so good. They are always ready to help and guide you in every phase of your college life. Their teaching styles are unique and will let you focus in class. You will always try to learn new things here. In between lectures the faculties will boost your morale.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a placement cell in our college. It's called JEET; it’s our career and guidance cell. You can explore about it from our college website, which is www.ipcw.ac.in. We have many students there who have joined the placement cell to mentor us. It provides remote internship opportunities. You will learn many skills and things.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes we do.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The IP College for Women has white buildings which will attract you to explore the buildings and blocks. In the past, there was an office for the Britishers here. The pattern of the college looks Western. We have a library, museum, archives, a mass media department, staff rooms, computer and wet labs. Also, it has an administration office in the main building. There is a conference hall, AV lecture theatre and a big auditorium.
 

Campus Rating
I love my college and its campus life. I'll recommend you to study in the Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. It has many societies like the Indian dance society- Mridang, the Western dance society- Afroza, the arts and crafts society- Croydon, and the film and photography society- Simulacra. Our college organises huge annual and departmental fests every year, where you can take part in it and show your talent.

    This college has been an absolutely amazing experience so far. I feel blessed to be part of such a good college. Since I was in the NEP batch, I gave CUET and got this college according to my preference. This college was on my 18th preference, but because of some errors in my preference list, I freeze the seat in 1st round itself.
