A review on B. Borooah College

Overall Rating
B. Borooah College is known for its good academic reputation and so I chose this college. The overall experience is pretty good. But the only thing that they need to do is increase the size of the campus. After classes, many students don't have a place to sit or hang out in breaks between the classes.
 

Academics Rating
The academics of the college are pretty good. The classes are held regularly. Attendance is taken regularly too, except for some classes though. But classes of Hons. Subjects are taken regularly. They have strict rules for the students who don’t attend the classes regularly.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very friendly and helpful. They guide the students properly. They are always willing to help us in case we need help. Some teachers are very friendly and especially the mentors help their students in every matter be it academic or personal. Overall the whole faculty of the college is good.
 

Placement Rating
We don't have a placement cell at our college.
 

Hostel Rating
I don't stay in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure needs to be better. Even though it's much better than before yet it needs to improve a lot. There needs to be more space for the students to park their vehicles in the college campus. And for the students to hangout in the break time. The classroom are quite large but they needs more ceiling fans as it can get very difficult for the students as well as the teachers to take class in the summer days.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is quite good. College life is always the best. We do get a lot of break between classes where we can chit chat and even eat something in case we are hungry. Many events are held every year in the college which turns out to be fun and in that way the students gets into a stress free environment for some time.
