My Views on Jesus and Mary College

Overall Rating
Jesus and Mary College comes under the South campus. It is a renowned college and has a reputation known for its brilliance. I am student of the Jesus and Mary College. Thus, I have personally experienced all the amenities and advantages that this college has to offer. In addition to academic excellence, the students have demonstrated their aptitude in extracurricular activities. It is easy to conclude that JMC offers a comprehensive and practical education to its pupils.
 

Academics Rating
This college provides Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts and Mathematics. JMC also offers Hons. degree in Political Science, Psychology, Economics, Elementary Education, Vocational Studies, Hindi, English, Sociology, Mathematics and Commerce. Admission in this college is based on ones CUET score. This college sets aside a specific number of seats for the SC and ST candidates. JMC maintains 50% of reservations for the Catholic and other Christian students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of Jesus and Mary College consists of well qualified and well educated teachers. They have remarkable academic credentials. This ensures a solid foundation for theory and research. The classrooms are well equipped. The college has specific rooms designed for courses like Psychology, B.Voc and Elementary Education. Professors use a variety of instructional strategies to assist students to obtain both practical and theoretical knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
This college has a placement cell that is in charge of placing students. The placement society consists of teachers and students who actively engage in planning, recruiting and providing internships. The robust alumni network is also actively supportive and offers students excellent employment opportunities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
JMC has a massive and very pretty campus. The infrastructure is well maintained and developed, having a variety of facilities. It consists of a well stocked library, well maintained computer labs, sports field, two common rooms, a canteen, a dairy and the famous the event hall. We have plenty of lectures rooms where seminars, guest speakers and workshops are held.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at JMC is quite dynamic and diverse. This college enrolls students from all across India. There are approximately over 25 societies which cater to diverse groups. JMC has a leading student council. The campus is conveniently located near Durgabai Deshmukh South Campus metro station.

    I am a second year student pursuing Political Science (Major). The infrastructure of the college is nice even though faculty is amazing. If we talk about the senior when I was in my first year, they helped me a lot. Every student of the college is so helpful and always ready to help.     The college has a very good infrastructure and is known for its faculty. Jesus and Mary College lies in a prime location of Delhi that is Chanakyapuri.     I've just completed my first year at JMC. Despite the hype surrounding North Campus colleges, I found JMC to be equally excellent in terms of education, societies, and infrastructure.     JMC Delhi provides an eco friendly environment to students. JMC is the Top college of south campus; it provides all facilities like- canteen, photocopy, bank, stationary, and more. Even it's located in Chanakyapuri, which is the safest place and is covered by embassies. JMC is ranked 38 by NIRF.
