The experiences I had at Bharati College

Overall Rating
Honestly speaking, Bharati College was not my first preference but my parents told me if you want to do your bachelor's regular, you should choose Bharati College as it is the nearest and a good college of Delhi University. After I got admission, my perception literally changed, and I started liking it. The teachers are really cooperative and are always ready to help. Area around the college is also very nice. The environment of the college is also good.
 

Academics Rating
BA (Hons.) Political Science, Economics, History, etc. are the subjects students take as they want to or are preparing for Civil Services or other competitive exams. Cutoffs for these courses are high. To get admission in Bharati College in regular course, we need CUET score (it’s mandatory). You can also take admission in NCWEB which is merit based (12th marks). But NCWEB is only for girls who are living in Delhi.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very supportive and well specialized in their fields. I like the style of teaching of most of the faculty members. They always try to teach their topics in easiest way. They always encouraged us to not only get good marks but try to engage in other activities like debates and other competitions.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, Bharati College has its separate hostel. My friends stayed there and the hostels are really good. The rooms are very spacious and with good ventilation. The food is also very good. Security is also very strict.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is nice. Old building has no lifts but the new building has the best ventilation facilities with lifts. In library, not all academic books are their which are needed. Bharati College has its own gym. Auditorium is the place I like the most.
 

Campus Rating
Bharati College is an off campus college. They conduct timely fests and Annual fests are the best. Crowd is also very nice. You can find many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. But the metro station is little too far, you have to take rickshaw or other transport facilities. Janakpuri West is the nearest metro station to the college.

    Bharati College is a college under University of Delhi. It is a women college so there is no issues regarding sexual harassment and the girls can wear any dress they wish. The teachers are also too friendly. There are many societies for co-curricular activities, which helps to developed or express our talent. The college has one big main ground, café, and canteen.     Bharti College is affiliated with University of Delhi which falls under the South campus. The campus is situated in the lush green environment of Janakpuri with a lot of other places to hangout. There are a lot of eateries and cafes around. It is a women's College, hence, it's the safest place and a place where women can freely be themselves.     Bharati College is a part of University of Delhi and is located in Janakpuri East. It’s an all-girls’ college of Arts and Social Sciences that offer various courses in bachelors and honors and a master’s degree in Hindi.
