My overall experience as of now is decent enough. By that I mean for me it's just a normal 3rd tier college with average placement as far as I've heard and keep on hearing about.

The program I've enrolled in is CSE IEP Microsoft, which is a new program the college has started I think just 2 years ago. My main reason for choosing this program was its limited number of students. I think you need to have 12th boards score of at least above 60%. You have to pay the fees per semester and for me it's 89000 per semester, as the year consists of 2 semesters each. There is no need for any tests or college exams for this course; you just need your class 12th boards Marksheet.

Honestly, the faculty is not good or maybe just decent enough based on who you get. They do brag about their teaching experience but even with their 25+ years of experience their concepts aren't clear or they aren't able to explain it themselves that well. Don't get me wrong there are some good faculties as well. As far as most of them are concerned, I would say they are just average and you would mostly have to rely on yourself for studies.

I stayed in hostel during my first year and currently I'm a day scholar. The hostels are good enough with decent shared rooms, mess, regular cleaning, and laundry facilities. But the main reason for me to leave hostel was the mess food. It wasn't to my liking and I'm sure most would agree. Other than that as for the rooms, they are cleaned regularly. There’s a single bed for each of you and your roommates, depending on which type of room sharing you choose (3, 4, and 8) along with study table and plastic chairs. The bathroom could be attached or common depending on your hostel. The infrastructure is decent enough and I would recommend you to go for the AC rooms.

The campus overall infrastructure is decently good enough, and it's always on construction or development. I'd say still though, it's good enough especially the newly made buildings such as CV Raman Center for CSE students, it's pretty good. So, yes they are improving on their infrastructure. The main Admin Block and the classes are old. They lack ventilation. Beside from these buildings, the college seems to be working on its infrastructure.

The campus life in general is good enough. I mean if you're here for enjoying then surely go ahead. There are small or big events are conducted and even celebrities are also invited in big events. Here concerts, programs, and other fests are regularly organised. The cultural club here is quite active and renowned. The crowd here is dense, as there are lots of students here. There are also other activities in which you can involve yourself such as sports like basketball, cricket, and even horse riding.
