PES University – A heaven for studies

Overall Rating
My experience in this college so far has been pretty amazing. From the basic education to advanced lectures it's been easy to grasp and the teachers have been helpful. The college has a good infrastructure with many facilities in sports and offers many opportunities to students in the form of clubs, internships and more.
 

Academics Rating
My course being ECE is amazing. The lab facilities are good. You can enroll in this course by meeting the cutoff either through the exams KCET, PESSAT or through JEE. I joined this course because I have a deep interest in semi conductors, chipsets and I really like to understand how the things in the world work.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is extremely helpful. From being there for you during exams to helping you out for credits and during internship period the faculty is always a delight to be around. PES has one of the most educated faculties among the colleges of Bangalore. I would highly suggest approaching the faculty for doubts and information as they are always ready to help.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have in campus placements and the placement percentage of this college is extremely good. Having over 80% placement during recession period this college offers one of the highest placement percentage in Bangalore.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is amazing. There is a huge library for studying and books. All types of sports facilities like basketball, badminton, table tennis, huge cricket ground, football pitch, and a lot of greenery is seen in this campus. A gym is also made available in the campus. There’s a canteen on the terrace which serves good food and another mess for the hostellers as well.
 

Campus Rating
This institute has a good vibe and environment. From various clubs which give you a huge choice to expand your vision and to improve your portfolio this institute offers a lot. The college also has a few fests yearly which are amazing and fun packed. There are many competitions and hackathons held often which keep the students engaged in work continuously and help them do what they are interested in.

    PESIT South Campus is a good college but placement wise a little off. The reason being the management biased towards the other campus, i.e. Banashankari Campus. The college though has flourished ever since it has become a deemed university. Previously the college was affiliated to VTU. I enjoyed the atmosphere but college still lacked few basic things.
