St. Anne's Degree College for women: A place with good infrastructure and campus life

Overall Rating
St. Anne's Degree College for women is the only college which provides B.Sc (Rehabilitation Science, Psychology and Sociology) at affordable fee structure. This college gives you great social and campus life and breaks communication barriers as students from different states and countries choose to study in this college. The faculties are well balanced between friendliness and professionalism.
 

Academics Rating
To get enrolled in this college general category students need to have 55% in Pre University (+2) general category students and 45% for SC / ST students. This is an inclusive education institute (non disabled and individuals with disability study together). This college aims to give quality education to all women. Evening session is co-ed.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are professional and have appropriate capabilities to teach degree students and obviously some teachers are too good and some are average. The lecturers teach using written method, oral method and projectors to make students understand the topics properly. Our department has 5 faculties and 5 skill development subject staffs who support students in different aspects.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have placement cell in our college. It plays a vital role in departments like B.Com, BBA and BCA. Companies like Amazon and HDFC bank visits the campus for interview sessions.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college does not have access to hostel facility. But there are various PGs and convents available which ranges from 5000 to 9000 per month with food.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are totally 3 blocks or buildings in our college. One is for science stream, second block is for B.Com, BBA, BCA, auditorium, library hall and AV hall, and third block has canteen, PG department and another entrance for auditorium. Library is available from 9 am to 4:30 pm, students can borrow books from there related to syllabus, reference books and novels for unlimited time period but weekly / monthly renewal is a must.
 

Campus Rating
There are various scholarships which are guided by designated staffs. There are various fests and inter collegiate competitions like Kala, Ebullience, etc. we get to meet counterparts from various departments and learn so much from them, communication skills are developed as students from different state and country study in this college. There is absolutely no ragging, there is even a cell called anti ragging cell which is obviously has no use because of the strictness from the management and friendliness among the students.
