Amity University B.Tech Review By Vineet Kataria

I am currently pursuing Bachelor in Technology and enrolled in Civil Engineering course. My overall review would be, that this university will give you all the opportunities you need, in all the ways. If you’re a study type person who doesn’t want any extracurricular activities or any self development programs, I would recommend to go for any other private university, this university offers you to be the real you. So I am a person who really likes to explore other cultures and languages and in Amity University. I have seen so many people coming from different states and countries all together and learning about their languages and culture is so fun.

Academics in Amity University are really good and it is really strict in its rules and norms. Classes and schedule is pretty change-able according to your convenience. Also, the requirements for any course in not flexible, If the course you want to enroll in requires 70% score in 12th standard then it just has to be it, otherwise university will offer you different programmers and courses which are pretty expensive (because they are sponsored by university itself).

From my experience, faculty in my 1st year taught perfectly but they were strict. But in my 2nd year, Faculty is pretty chill and cool with us, helping us all the time and always supporting.

Yes, there is a placement cell in Amity University. I’m in 2nd year of B.Tech (CE) so I’m not aware of it all the way. But as much as I have heard of it, Amity offers really good placements to the deserving Students and I have seen almost everyone get some sort of placement even if they have just got 7 CGPA.

So there are respective blocks (buildings) for different Courses/programmers, just like mine is E-Block. There are many blocks like this and there is also a central library, where thousands and thousands of books are there.

You can just google Amity University, Noida and you may find everything there, but i will summarise a little bit of it. Amity’s campus life is really enjoying and memorable. Time passes by so quickly here, because something is always happening, could be fests, crowd dance/singing, Competitions. Self development clubs, sport activities etc. Every week there are some new activities being organized by the university itself. So it’s really enjoying.
