Many people are not aware of IFEEL (Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership) PGDM college. It is a B-school located in Lonavala near Karla village. The college offers limited seats with a similar procedure of group discussion and then a personal interview round. Sharing my personal experience, it was the best decision of my life. The practical exposure that IFEEL provides cannot be seen anywhere else. Every Saturday, we use to have guest sessions where renowned business professionals used to deliver lectures about personality development and entrepreneurship. They also conducted various industrial trips where we get to know more about business and marketing. The biggest highlight of IFEEL is that the practical exposure is not limited to India but extended to international countries as well. We went to Germany for one week of education trip where we visited BMW headquarters, museums, Allianz Arena stadium, etc. This opportunity helped us to understand international business operations and gave us a glimpse of cultural diversity.

IFEEL is best when it comes to academics. They believe in providing practical knowledge and experience. Apart from regular assignments, case studies, presentations, innovative marketing competitions like an elevator pitch and capstone projects were also part of the academics. The method they used for teaching was basically by solving case studies and projects. I was a marketing student where most of the time I was doing research projects, surveys, and case studies. We had 2 semesters in one year, it used to be a little hectic to balance projects and studies but with friends, everything turns out to be fun. They also provided us with renowned courses like Digital Marketing, Personality Development, and IBM Business Analytics courses to polish our skills. Extra classes were also held for improving interview and GD skills.

Our Teachers are highly skilled and with great industry-based knowledge. Most of them were retired business professionals with 15+ experience in their particular field. Our teachers always supported us and made sure we acquire the necessary skills.

Our placement team was very active and helped us throughout the process. The placement had always been good in our college. Most of my batch mates were placed with an average package of 6.5 lakhs and the highest was around somewhere 18 lakhs. The placement team also helped us improve our soft and verbal skills. The few people who were left were also supported by our placement team till the end.

The great thing about IFEEL is that the student hostel was on the campus only, so we were able to do group study by taking special permission. The hostels are really good; when I first went there I thought everything is new. In one room, 4 people can live easily with two bunker beds provided. They also provide a separate table, chair, and cupboard. They provide you with basic appliances like a common microwave, refrigerator, TV. They also have a separate gym where times for girls and boys are different. We had a deadline of 8:30 pm where we were supposed to be inside campus irrespective of Gender.

IFEEL is known for its modern and clean infrastructure. The buildings and hostels are well maintained and regularly cleaned. All the classrooms are smart classrooms equipped with projectors, screens, ACs, and fingerprint machines for attendance. There were computer labs, a library and one big playground for sports competitions. They have two canteens, one for students and the other for faculties with great mountain views.

Campus life at IFEEL was memorable, hectic, and fun. Life at IFEEL starts with foundation week where whole one-week different tasks are given. First, you are divided into different groups then you compete against each other by playing several games. You also get to do rock climbing, rappelling, and many adventurous activities. In IFEEL, we have different committees like a cultural committee, sports committee, CSR committee, Food committee, placement committee, and i6 series committee. Anyone can join any committee according to their interest. IFEEL also made sure that we celebrate all the important festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Garba, Christmas, etc.
