Beautiful Campus & Peaceful Place

Overall Rating
I am a student here and believe there is really good access to library and cleanliness is maintained throughout. The academic plan here is also wonderful and the faculties are really cooperative. Overall, I can say that college is really good, and mess is really clean and provides delicious food.
 

Academics Rating
There is a particular KCET cut-off for admissions in SDMCET. However, there are other ways you can join the college like management quota, COMEDK, etc. I am a Computer Science student and my department faculties are really supportive. The academic plan is based on the current trends. The question papers formed are usually application based to enhance thinking of students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties here are really kind. My department has really good faculty and they are well experienced. We also have well-educated alumni teaching here. They also provide individual attention to each and every student and take extra classes upon request which help us learn and understand concepts better.
 

Placement Rating
Almost 60 to 70% students get placed in good companies here. Many have also got good offer. The highest package offered last year was around 43 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is really clean and well managed. There is absolutely 0% ragging. The hostel in-charge is really cooperative and it’s maintained almost to the perfection.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of college is really awesome, full of greenery, and covered with trees which looks really beautiful. The academic blocks are separate for each and every department, though they are maintained in the same building.
 

Campus Rating
Personally, I love the way college is preserved. The campus is usually a bit crowded due to new admissions. There are many technical and non-technical events held in the college. There are many workshops organized by people outside the college. The non-technical fests include Insignia, Freshers, and many more, where you will find multiple opportunities to showcase your talent.
