Overall Rating
Anna Adarsh College for Women is a renowned college with good infrastructure and facilities including labs and a ground. The college has experienced faculties to offer guidance to every student and it is also safe for women. The college administration is up to the mark.
 

Academics Rating
I took admission in B.Com course with 95% marks in 12th. I applied via online mode for the course and to be eligible for this course, you need to score at least 90% marks in 12th and submit a transfer certificate. There is also a scholarship for SC / ST students who want to apply directly from the college. I enrolled in this college based on the good reviews given by the fellow students.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members of the college are experienced and have a good educational background in their respective subjects. Professors usually teach using blackboards, smart boards or orally explain the topics. They use real life examples to make us understand the subject better and clear our doubts.
 

Placement Rating
Placement interview for the students of final year is facilitated by the college.
 

Hostel Rating
There is a hostel facility for students belonging to other states.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a DS-block as the main block and there is also a canteen, cafeteria and a conference hall. Lab facilities are provided to Science students and a computer lab for every department. Curriculum activities, cultural events and sports activities are organised for students in the college. There is also a playground for sports and van facility for transport.
 

Campus Rating
The college conducts two main events and other sub-events every year. The departments have many clubs like Red Ribbon Club, Drug Club, Vigilance Awareness Club, Fine Art Club etc. It also organises special event for freshers like ice breaking session, talent activity, inter-departmental events and an inter-college festival to hone students’ talent. Sports competitions are also conducted.

    It was a good experience in this institution and I have applied to different colleges like Ethiraj College for Women, DG Vaishnava where I got the evening shift with higher fees compared to Anna Adarsh.
