Overall Rating
Overall, the university is good for students who sincerely want to study and gain some knowledge. The teachers are very friendly; therefore, it is easy to approach them and acquire knowledge both professionally and on personal level. The placements are quite good, and the seniors are also helpful and supportive.

Academics Rating
The course that I'm pursuing is Computer Science Engineering with a specialisation in Cyber Security. The whole world is using the internet to explore different content which also causes many cybercrimes, and this course provides knowledge on how to tackle these frauds and make the society free from cybercrime.

Faculty Rating
The faculty in our university is very knowledgeable; they have completed their master's degree from reputed colleges. Their communication skills, the way they explain the theorems and concepts is commendable. If the student has any doubts in any of the concepts, then the teachers are always ready to help you out even if you reach out to them at midnight.

Placement Rating
Yes, in SRM University Ramapuram we have a Placement Cell, and it will improve more in the coming years.

Hostel Rating
Hostels are pretty good as compared to the hostels of other universities. The food quality is top-notch, and they serve a variety of dishes.

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread in an area of 19.8 acres. It has a sports complex which includes games like basketball, football, cricket and badminton. The campus of SRM Easwari Engineering College has an open-air theatre where fests are organised. 1st year B.Tech students have their classes in the new admin block. Overall, the campus is not huge, but the experience is good.

Campus Rating
The university organises fests and different competitions regularly to keep the students engaged and busy which help in their social development and communication skills. There are many clubs like NSS and many more for you to join. So, take the advantage of the exposure in the university and up-skill yourself.

  • Reality of SRM University Ramapuram Campus

    Overall Rating
SRM has both positives and negatives and it varies from person to person. I personally will be crediting SRM for my career growth. Ramapuram campus is pretty small, it doesn’t have any ground. The campus is of 10-12 buildings and in between we had couple of basketball court in which all the students play other sports like football, cricket etc. Faculties are pretty approachable and few of them have created a lifelong bond. But a very few of them are skilled enough to teach the students. None o... Read Full Review
