My Views on Mahatma Gandhi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Overall Rating
The faculty of Mahatma Gandhi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is decent. Classrooms are average and rooms are big. Overall, I must say the experience is average; the college is above average.
 

Academics Rating
College provides mainly three courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and D. Pharm. The admission procedure is direct or through RUHS entrance exam. The lateral entry for B.Pharm is also available (if D.Pharm completed). For B.Pharm, the eligibility is 10+2 pass with Science stream. The Pharmacy is emerging field and has a lot scope for research.
 

Faculty Rating
There are approximately 20 faculty members. Faculty is dedicated to ensure development of student. They make sure that every student attends lecture. They really help student with studies. Most of the faculty members have PhD in their respective fields and are always keen to increase their knowledge. Lectures, speeches are given to keep students motivated.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are tough to get through in the college.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostels are available in the college premises.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is small but well maintained. The parking is available for 2 wheelers. The academic blocks also have well maintained labs. Library is also built in the campus in the sufficient space and environment is good to study. Almost all the books are available.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life is good. Mahatma Gandhi College of Pharmaceutical Sciences organizes events from time to time like Dandiya Nights, National Pharmacy Week, Janmashtmi and many more. College also arranges tours but students have to pay for these tours. It is not that much crowded.

    The college is situated in a nice and decent place around many other colleges. Therefore, it is easy to commute by public transportation.
