My Opinion on SISTec, Bhopal

Overall Rating
Initially I thought that SISTec maybe an ordinary institute but after spending two and a half years all I can say is that it is an extraordinary institute. Our institute may not be a dominant force in the country but at least in Bhopal, it is and I have had great journey so far.
 

Academics Rating
I was not a very able or studious boy but I have an inherent love for studies here. Our institute has taught me this aspect and thereby I have started taking my studies seriously. Teaching the subjects is one thing and thereby teaching why it is important for us to learn all these things is another.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of SISTec have ensured that students develop a deep interest in studies. Since most of our faculties are into research studies, they themselves study and teach us. This is not different from a story by Ravichandran Ashwin, where his dad was playing cricket and teaching his son. See, where Ashwin is today and this is what our faculties expect out of us. Hence, faculty here is one of the reasons that academics are excelling here. They are knowledgeable people and have good amount of experience.
 

Placement Rating
Until here, everything was upright but placements are not at the level of education or should I say placements do not do justice for all the hard work that we put in. Many companies do come and most of us are hired too but only at packages worth 4-5 LPA. Therefore, the college needs to step up its game in case of placements.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is one part of campus life, which is always involved in one’s grooming. No grooming happens in classrooms alone. Therefore, the management has built student area with a lot of recreational activities for us. There are water coolers on each floor of building and even washrooms on every alternate floor. Therefore, infrastructure is amazing and hence has everything in order to ensure that at campus we do not feel the need for anything.
 

Campus Rating
There is nothing about campus life that will not please the students. From annual fests to monthly events, all are organized on a large scale. Two days back, we had trophy distribution event and top performers were awarded and honored. The progress of evolving in studies and campus also gives us opportunities where we can show skills and talent that we have.

  • Third Year Learner’s Perspective of SISTec

    Our institute is a part of RGPV University and is among one of the best institutes that comes under this university. I applied for Computer Science Engineering but my entrance scores and 12th score weren't competent enough that I could get admission in this branch so I chose the second most popular branch and that is Electrical Engineering.   • SISTEC is Brilliant!!

    Our institute doesn't believe in mean feed and therefore students here are treated so well. Anyone from the staff members who pass by will wear an immediate smile as soon as the eye contact happens. Now I am in my third year and can say from my personal experience that things have only got better. I am not saying they were gloomier but have gone one shade above for sure.... Read Full Review
