Good fests and extracurricular activities

Overall Rating
My overall experience at IAMR is good as a BCA student. It organises various extracurricular activities and it is well managed in every aspect such as lectures and as well as other activities. The institute celebrates all the festivals. It is still in the developing stage and growing. It has the advantage of good location because it is near to the metro station. The fee structure is good in comparison to other institutes.
 

Academics Rating
IAMR is affiliated with CCSU University and has NAAC approval. It offers many courses like BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA, BPT, MPT, BA (J&MC), B.Sc, M.Sc, Law, etc. IAMR accepts admission through 12th grade mark sheet. There are three exams conducted before the end semester exam which is included in internal marks .Several Clubs, Cells, Committee are active and organize various competitions. In the BCA program there are 2 computer labs. There is a library which provides a 10-day book issue facility.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of the institute are educated. The entire faculties are supportive and experienced. They teach us by using real world examples. Mostly, all the faculties are permanent. However, some of them are on contractual basis every semester. In the BCA program, mathematics faculty and programming faculty are too good in terms of teaching. The faculty provides notes, PYQ, solution, practice questions which are very helpful.
 

Placement Rating
In terms of placements, they need a lot of improvement, and the average is also not up to the mark. 20% to 25% students got placed in the current year but in the BBA program the placements are growing each year.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel has a good infrastructure. There is a mess for both girls’ and boys’ hostels and the security is tight. There is a common room for students inside the hostel and separate study tables in the room for each student. There are AC and Non-AC rooms available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is average, and the campus is clean. There is a library, computer labs, chemistry labs and biology labs. Although the infrastructure of the canteen is not properly built. The seminar hall is average and there should be an auditorium as well. There is a ground to conduct events, but the area is not vast for large scale events.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is also average. The institute is strict in terms of rules & regulation. Proper fests are conducted every year and many events as well which is the best part of the institute. The crowd is decent, and the institute is ragging free.

    IAMR Group of Institutions is an average college and this college provides courses in many domains including engineering, management and law. There would be 3 to 4 thousand students studying the college and the faculty members in the institute are also good and they really helpful for the exam preparation.
