Kristu jayanti: An immense academic Institute

Overall Rating
The college has given me immense opportunities till date. The law college is under KSLU and they work separately. The faculties are very experienced and qualified enough to provide us the required knowledge. The moot court and placements are so good here. The campus itself provides a green and clean space to experience social life in and around. The clubs and plays happening also increase our confidence.
 

Academics Rating
B.Com. LL.B covers a lot of accountancy as well legal side courses. We also learn basic English and Kannada in the first year. For entry we need to complete 12th grade with good percentage. My motive for entering into this course is to learn how to combine banking and legal methods. I wanted to go into the legal adviser field for banks and other Institutions.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties in KJC are super nice. They are very polite and educated. Sometimes they are strict at dress code and evaluation. There are faculties from outside college that come for extra workshops and Orientation programs to help increase our skill set. They encourage us to participate in various plays and clubs to increase our vocal skills and confidence. Overall they provide us with skills that build our future.
 

Placement Rating
Placements start at the final years of college. They guide us through the whole process as well.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel life is average. The rules are meant to be followed very strictly.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are three blocks in the campus: 1) main block that has life sciences department, 2) admin block that has law college, and 3) humanities block that contains social sciences and computer sciences. They have a huge playground and basketball court. They have four canteens that cater to different needs of the diverse population in the college. The campus is really clean.
 

Campus Rating
There is no such social life in KJC. The only major festivals here are ethnic day where we celebrate our cultural diversity of the college. Then we have annual fest and silver jubilee celebration of the college. Each department will have a skill related fest as well which usually lasts for three days with compulsory participation. There is a sports day celebration too.

    It is one of the best colleges in India in terms of its infrastructure. It offers a wide variety of courses in UG and PG. It is run by CMI fathers. The management mostly seems very strict and stringent with their rules and regulations and students take this in a negative way.     It is for sure one of the best colleges in terms of corporate exposure before you're exposed into the real world, it is often differently interpreted as an extremely strict and stringent management and be taken in the right perspective.
