Evaluation of Facilities by Freshmen in Sri Aurobindo College (Evening)

Overall Rating
The environment of Sri Aurobindo College (Evening) is good. Faculty is good especially for Commerce. Placement cell can be more active and should provide internships to students. Canteen and library is excellent.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing B.Com Hons as I am from commerce background. I want to pursue a course, which give more knowledge so i have chosen this course as it gives in depth knowledge of subjects. I am from general category and got admission by CUET in which I got 628 marks. This course is of both 3 year and 4 years, which totally depends on you. After every 6 months, we have exams. I do not know about real life challenges but the lab part of this course is really good.
The fee structure of my course is around Rs. 9,000 per year. Yes, some scholarships are there but we have to give a proper documentation to enroll in it.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good especially in Commerce department. Some of the faculties are good at problem solving skill. There are some teachers, which are not so good, but overall it is good. Teachers are approachable and will help you whenever you need. But make sure to not delay any assignment and test as collecting marks is very difficult. The ratio of teacher and students are almost 1:60.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is functional but could be more active in connecting students to better career opportunities. Commerce students have the most benefit; while others often rely on their own networks get jobs and internships.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel in Sri Aurobindo College (Evening).
 

Infrastructure Rating
When it comes to infrastructure, Sri Aurobindo College (Evening), provides basic facilities such as classrooms, a library, and computer labs. However, these facilities are often seen as average and in need of modernization to meet the expectations of students. The infrastructure is not so big.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, the crowd is good. There are good societies in which you can participate. Being an evening college, the college makes efforts to organize extracurricular activities, fests, and events.

    I am talking about Sri Aurobindo College which is in Malviya Nagar New Delhi. The college is overall good but the campus is small. Rest everything is good in college there are all facilities.     My overall experience at Sri Aurobindo College (Evening) New Delhi is pretty decent, both academically and personally. They also provide all the essential needs that we all require. My reason for choosing this Institution is its reputation regarding the courses; they prepare us not just for exam, but for practical world.     I opted for Sri Aurobindo College (Evening) because this is nearby metro station and my hometown. Before taking admission, I asked my known ones about this college and from everywhere I got positive response. My decision for taking admission in this college was really good and non-regrettable. The college infrastructure is average but the environment is good. Students here are of very friendly nature and helpful. In addition, faculty members help students whenever they need help.     Sri Aurobindo College is an evening college where one can easily cope up with timings. Faculty has humble nature and experienced in each individual subject. Factors that led me to choose are that it is close to nearby metro station (Malaviya Nagar), a well-built infrastructure, and so on. This institution provides you to start your academic in a peaceful manner and by the end, students will surely success in their life.
