SDIET Faridabad: The Shining Star

Overall Rating
This institute is affiliated to J.C Bose University of Science And Technology. It has settled a great pathway for future engineers. Latest technology is used by professors to make students future ready. The institute’s premise is too big and breathable. Different labs, workshops, and seminar halls are there to educate the students. Institute also deals with hobbies an interest of students. It has given me a better way to think and learn with a good atmosphere.
 

Academics Rating
Institute has a variety of technical courses. The institute deals students in BBA , BCA, AND B.Tech with their sub branches. The criteria to be enrolled in this prestigious institute is to score 60% and above in senior secondary exams. Students also need to have good percentile in JEE or state entrance examination. The institute makes student exam ready for which timely assignments are given to them. Assessments, Periodic test, Class Test, Sessional Test, and Pre University Test are taken by institute to secure the best performance of the student.
Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology is a pocket friendly institution. It charges Rs. 85,000 per year for engineering courses. Institute is also flexible with the payment mode and number of installments for parent’s choice.
 

Faculty Rating
Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology has a great-educated faculty. The faculty members are updated with latest technology and curriculum. Professors use the PPTs, blackboards, and laboratories to clear concept to students. Faculties also use reference books, author’s books to solve the doubts of student. The teacher-student ratio of the institute is per teacher, there are 35 students. My personal experience with faculties is that they are very helpful and understanding.
 

Placement Rating
Institute has a training and placement cell in it. It helps students to get internships and placement in high & prestigious companies. The institute helps to students to get ready for interviews and provide them short-term courses to be more confident for interview.
 

Hostel Rating
Institute has residential facilities for students and teachers. Institute has separate boys and girls hostel. There are 70 rooms in each hostel. Hostlers have different facilities in hostel. GYM, swimming pool, basketball, cricket, volleyball, and other sports are available. 24 hours Wi-Fi connection is available. Institute charges Rs. 80,000 per year. I am a hostler and have a very nice hostel life experience. Our warden is also supportive and cooperative. Mess of hostel serves very delicious and healthy food to hostlers.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Institute has a wonderful well-designed and breathable campus. Classes are student friendly. All classes have smart boards, AC, and proper lighting system. The institute has a huge library with both online and offline mode. Computers are installed there for researching. There are 3 working floors in institute campus. Each floor has computer lab, server room common room and two seminar rooms. Institute also has a canteen, which serve a good quality of food to student on good price.
 

Campus Rating
Institute has a great institute campus to visit. Institute has different clubs and clubrooms. Which use to conduct activities timely but during fest these clubs are super active. Institute has a settle crowd . Seniors are very helpful and cooperative. Institute also conducts fests annually and events in every 3 months. My personal experience about my college life is that we learn more in the ground of institute than the classroom.

    Choosing SDIET Faridabad was one of my best choices. In the beginning, I was not sure if I would be able to fit in, or if there will be good opportunities for me.     No placements are available. Only placements for sales are even if you are from technical course like B.Tech. No company comes to college campus for hiring for technical or IT departments. Teachers frequently leave the college which makes harder time for academics of students. Some teachers are nice and well educated but most of them are not professionals and not even able to complete the syllabus before the exams.     This college is good for the studying environment and the infrastructure is also good. Although teachers and people here behaves with you well.
