My POV of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering

Overall Rating
Overall experience at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is good. Some factors made me choose this particular college is good infrastructure, environment, and top rated college in the surrounding. This college is best for balanced life as you can enjoy both the education and cultural activities. You can find freedom in the college compared to the other colleges in surrounding areas.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the course Computer Science and Engineering, which is known as CSE. The course is pretty well explained and acknowledgeable. There are some eligibility criteria such as if you join by management quota, you should have minimum 60% in intermediate board examinations. If you are joint through EAMCET, you have to secure a good rank in EAMCET. You have to fill basic forms given in the college while you are joining the college. The academics are very useful in the real life you can applicable and for the future academic purposes. Overall, academic experience is good.
The academic fee is varies for the tech courses. The highest academic fee is 2.5 Lakh and the lowest cost is 1.5 Lakh. In addition, there is an additional fee known as building fee, which is around Rs. 10,000. In the EAMCET, if students secure rank below 15000, they are eligible for merits scholarship given by the management, which is around Rs. 14,000 in the initial year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are experience and professional. Each faculty has minimum experience of 5 years. Additional courses are taken by them before joining the college. Faculty is from the different places. Each student can understand their teaching because every faculty is friendly and supportive. They use high technology such as digital boards, projectors and quiz is conducted by them. The teacher student ratio at the college is approximate 1:10. The problem solving abilities of the faculty are good and can easily solve the any problems. The bonding with faculty members is good.
 

Placement Rating
Placement cell in Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is good. The students are eligible from the early 3rd year. Students who are interested in the placements have to pay extra amount rather than tuition fee. The cell will help students to acquire the job in various industries such as mechanical, software, hardware, and other electronics industries. The companies, which visit the college, are Wipro, Mahindra, Infosys, Zoho, Accenture, and some local companies. The highest package offered in college was 10 LPA and the average packages for 6 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The college offers the residential facilities for both girl's and boy's. Compared to girl's, the men's hostel is not quite well. Quality of food in girl's hostel is quite good. Most of the boy’s stay at PGs. the annual fee for the hostel is around Rs. 85,000.
 

Infrastructure Rating
This institution consists of 10 blocks and the structure of the college is good. The size of campus is around 10 acres and located in the highway. Each classroom in the campus is good and consists of digital boards and projectors for teaching purposes. Each class has seating capacity about 70 members. The campus consists of two libraries, many labs, seminar halls, and an open auditorium. The canteen is good. There are medical and security facilities in the college itself. The college encourages sports as. This college handles both education and entertainment give freedom to the students to enjoy their campus life.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is okay. The college crowd is in thousands. The college offers many clubs and club activities such as photography, acting, dancing, singing, coding, quiz, and some other activities. Extracurricular activities are held in the college. Each year, there will be held up to 5 big events in the college. There will events for festivals such as Sankranti, Deepavali, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. The experience of campus life is quite good and entertaining.

    Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is a decent college. In this college we can enjoy very much and at the same time we should study well to score good marks in the semester. The infrastructure of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering is also very excellent. I decided to join the college because we can enjoy very much here while studying.     My experience until now is very good. The thing that inspired me to join this college is its events. It conducts many events. Overall, in Tirupati our college is very famous for conducting Tech and non-Tech events. You will find people of different mindsets in the college.
