My Outlook on NMIET Pune

Overall Rating
NMIET Pune is an excellent institute with a good amenities and campus. This institute has quality education and faculty members are supportive. It is located in a very good area and also has a very approachable transport service. This institute has a fine environment. There are various courses available in this institute. It is going to be autonomous until June 2025.
 

Academics Rating
The course I took in this institute is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. It has various courses, which includes Computer Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering. In Computer Science & Engineering, there are other specializations like Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence & Data science, and Information Technology. A person requires 87 to 95 percentile to get admission here. Exam frequency is good here.
Fee of my course is about Rs. 1,14,548. It may vary upon your admission category. Special discounts are provided if you belong to any category.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are supportive. They help you to cover up every single thing in the syllabus smoothly. Every student is looked up specifically. All your doubts are looked up properly and answers in a right way by them. Every faculty members is very friendly with students and also teaching learning process is supportive. About faculty, this institute ensures that there are very educated faculty for students. 70% of faculty here are PhD graduates.
 

Placement Rating
Training and Placement cell of NMIET Pune is very good. They provide every hard working student a good deserving internship as well as a good placement in companies like Accenture, Wipro, and TCS. It provides you with average package of 5 to 6 LPA. Undoubtedly, if student performs well he/she gets a good placement here.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is very good here. You are a provided with good rooms with all the basic facilities and a mess. Water and light facility is good. In addition, the hostel has Wi-Fi here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Institute infrastructure is very appreciative. It has 2 wings: Wing A and Wing B of 3 to 4 floors. In addition, one new wing is in progress. That new wing will be given to all the computer related departments. There will be a good canteen facility for students to study. It also includes clubs for different extracurricular activities in that new wing. There are stores inside the campus that has all the stationary requirements for the students. Hence, we don't have to go outside the campus. Graphics kits are also available for students in low price.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is supremely good. Seniors are supportive. They organize events and many other things for the juniors and all the students. Clubs are also there like incubation club for example for training future entrepreneurs. Extracurricular activities are sports conducted here along with short plays and dramas. All types of sports events are conducted here. Fests, events, and days are also properly celebrated in this institute for student’s entertainment. My experience about his institute is mesmerizing.

    NMIET is under PCET where most of the student wish to get a degree from and a better placement. It has central placement cell which is of PCET and students get equal opportunities for job here.     The first day of my college as well as first semester of my academic year was very exciting. It has also been an interesting learning experience. It has been full of ups and downs. The factors in choosing this college were many, like less in tuition fees, the average class size, SPPU curriculum and many more.
