My College Life expressed in words

Overall Rating
The ambience of JIS College of Engineering is great. It is filled with trees. The building is divided in several parts. Chemistry, Mechanical, Civil has separate buildings whereas MBA building has also been separated. What made me chose this College will always be the teaching pattern. The faculty of our department is best. We have separate flipped classroom which is not seen in many Colleges. This encourages the students and helps in academic development.
 

Academics Rating
The course I chose at JIS College of Engineering is very interesting. Nowadays software is very demanding course which made me chose IT. Students must clear the JEE/WBJEE exam to get the rank for counseling procedure. The counseling is done between the students and the respective faculty members. Every semester has 3 exams and one lab final exam. The teachers help the students to prepare for the exam by providing notes. The admission cell teachers will help with all documentation process.
The fee os JIS College of Engineering is divided in semesters. The total fee is Rs. 4,08,000 which yearly is Rs. 1,02,000. Scholarships and financial aids are available for students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members at JIS College of Engineering are amazing. They help us to prepare for academics as well as guide for placement. Students do not face any problem because they try to solve all of them. They are very helpful and are always available during our need. They provide materials to the students so that they can refer to it during exam and study. After two years the faculty members are like friends to us and they happily enjoy it.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of JIS College of Engineering always informs us about companies coming for placement. They prepare us accordingly. They also organize pre placement talks to encourage students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Library at JIS College of Engineering always provides us books in every semester. The locality is good too. Transportation is available for students. Canteen is there for food and is a spot for enjoyment in break. We also celebrate sports day, fest, technical fest to encourage students throughout their College life. The favorite part of the College will always be the playground which gave a little break after a hectic day to see the students enjoy themselves.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at JIS College of Engineering was overall good. We had fun while celebrating all kinds of festivals, College fest, technical fests, and multiple events. The College seniors were helpful too. They guided us all the way. There are multiple clubs to participate for future events. The teachers participate in fests too. We also celebrate JIS Samman to show respect to the teachers who paid off in their teaching journey and helped the students.

    JIS College of Engineering is accredited by NAAC. The NIRF Ranking of this college is between 150-300, which can be considered pretty decent as compared to the other college of the city. This College helps us to not only get ready to achieve our dream job but also helps to build conversational skills and others.
