Overall Rating
My experience in Central University of Karnataka is overall good. This University is good and the campus is overall too environment friendly. It is situated on the outskirts of the city. I chose this University because the Geology department is so decent here. The faculties are too helpful. The difference in this University is its environment. I liked it too much. I would especially recommend this to every student who like peace and friendly environment.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is B.Sc Geology. The eligibility criteria for this University are CUET-UG and CUET-PG and for engineering exams it is through JEE Main. Admission process for this University is offline. The semester exam is conducted frequently for every subject. The Exams are too tough here and students can score highest percentage 80. Yes, academic is challenging if we study hard and we can easily pass the semester exams.
My fees for this course is per semester approximately Rs. 20,000 and year wise for total 3 years is more than Rs. 2,00,000. The fees including all of the tuition fee, hostel fee, mess fee and other charges it will be around Rs. 3,00,000. Yes, special discount is provided to SC & ST category students. They don't pay hostel accommodation fee but in general category we have to pay all the fees. Yes, scholarship is available and we can also take study loan from this University.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members in my department are too helpful and knowledgeable. They suggest us each and everything what we need to do in our future. The faculty’s member’s background is too good and they are highly maintained and we can grab much knowledge thorough them. They use PPTs and even blackboard to educate the students. The teacher student ratio is ok here. My experience and bonding with the faculty member is nice.
 

Placement Rating
Placements in my department are mediocre. Yes, there is a placement cell in my department. The placement related programs were conducted recently and I joined that program it was too helpful for job opportunity and internships. The renowned companies that visit the University are Ongc, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, etc. The packages offered here is 50 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, in Central University of Karnataka we have E Vehicle and buses to travel from hostel to department and the boys and girls hostel are separately situated in far distances. Mess food I would recommend it is ok to eat. Hostel fees including accommodation are Rs. 15,000 per semester. Hostel timing for girls is up to 10 pm. My personal experience in hostel is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus academic blocks are good and structure made is too realistic and marvelous. Campus size is 700 acres. The classroom size is good and it can accommodate about more than 60 students. These are well furnished with AC. Library, labs, seminar hall, everything is here Even auditorium are also there with 500 seating capacity. Canteen is too big and recently it is renovated. My favorite place in this University is canteen. My overall academic experience was average and it is really good.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life at Central University of Karnataka is amazing. Yes, there are different clubs like dance club, film club, etc. Everything where you can show your creativity and participate. The extracurricular activities are too good here. The sports, gym, everything is included. There is an annual fest here known as ANKUR, it is too good and many of the departments participate and win various prizes. My experience was good and I personally recommend coming and enjoying with your studies here.

    Overall the college is well maintained and good as it provides good environment to study as well as good extracurricular activities. The social life here is average as compared to the Delhi University. The faculty team is very cooperative and they help us throughout our educational journey.
