Insights of GRIET Hyderabad: Admission Process & Fee Structure

Overall Rating
GRIET Hyderabad is a good institute. I have chosen it because it has good ranking in Telangana state. Here, the placements are very good. Teachers here have good teaching ability for coding. It provides smart interview training. There is no ragging, as the institute’s security is very strict. It also has strict rules.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen Artificial Intelligence specialization. To join in this institute, we need to appear in EAMCET exam and should get below 10000 rank. Students can also get admission through management quota. In every semester, there are 2 mid semester exams.
The fee for first semester is Rs. 10,40,000. The library fee is Rs. 6,700 and semester fee is Rs. 1,500. If a student has 10000 or below rank in EAMCET, government will give him/her a scholarship. The student has to pay to semester and library fee only.
 

Faculty Rating
In every class, there will be one faculty for each subject and two mentors. There are 65 students in each class. Faculties are good. They will explain through PPTs. They will also clear all our questions and doubts. They are also assistant professors.
 

Placement Rating
Your placement training starts from 3rd semester. There are several smart interview trainings for students so that they can crack interview. There are so many software companies during drive and some of them are IBM, Amazon, Google, etc. for core branches companies like Snapdragon Qualcomm, etc. are also invited.
 

Hostel Rating
No, GRIET Hyderabad does not have boy’s hostel but it does have hostel for girls. Its fee is around Rs. 1,50,000 per year. It is very strict. There are certain in and out timings like they have to come before 9 PM at night. No outsiders (except parents are allowed in the hostels).
 

Infrastructure Rating
GRIET Hyderabad has good infrastructure. It has so many blocks like IT block, AIML block, and CSE block. Hence, it can be said that each branch or course has its separate blocks. It has MB theatre, conference hall, canteen, sports grounds, medical arena, and other facilities. My favorite place is ground as it has vast space.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is average. The institute has some strict rules regarding the academics. There are few events in institute. It also has somewhat good clubs to join and participate. It also organizes hackathons.

    There are good faculty members in my Institute and placements and labs are improving day by day. The faculty members give proper notes to study and even the canteen of the Institute is nice. There is proper tight security in my Institute. There are many blocks for each department. There are so many events in my Institute and the seniors will be friends with juniors and in here there are various types of buildings in different color like red color, blue color, orange color, etc....     I chose Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology as per my EAMCET rank because I got a merit rank in EAMCET and this college is at better position as compared to other colleges. In this most of the students are placed during placements in several companies. Also this college collaborates with many companies as compared to other colleges.
