Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology (GRIET), Hyderabad has a well-structured infrastructure along with essential amenities present at its vast premises. The GRIET Hyderabad is spread across an area of about 24 acres of land and has a built up area of about 46,382.4 square meters. Moreover, the GRIET Hyderabad campus houses a multitude of facilities such as digital classrooms, laboratories, canteen, library, sports playgrounds, transport, and others.
The GRIET Hyderabad campus has approximately 75 ICT-enabled well-ventilated, spacious classrooms & lecture halls equipped with overhead projectors, and adequate multimedia systems assisting the students to experience audio-visual learning. Additionally, about 24 tutorial rooms are available with an area of around 40 square meters each.
Moreover, at the Institute’s premises there is an auditorium which is developed on an area of 300 square meters to conduct functions, events, and programs. In addition to this, numerous seminar halls are present within the campus to organise conferences, seminars, etc.
Apart from this, approximately 4 drawing halls with a seating capacity of 60 students each and around 2 central examination facilities with an accommodation capacity of 400 students are present.

- Library: The Library and Information Centre is developed on an area of around 1058 square meters and it comprises a central library and departmental libraries. Additionally, it contains a number of resources including about 17,175 titles along with around 1,30,506 volumes , nearly 138 National journals, and about 20 International journals. Moreover, rare books and manuscripts are available.
Additionally, there is a digital library with more than 30 updated systems and a number of e-resources such as 970 e-book volumes, more than 200 e-journals, etc. Apart from this, a reading room with an area of about 610 square meters has a capacity of about 300 students. Furthermore, reprographic facilities, reference section, books issue & return counter, and other amenities are offered to the students.
- Laboratories: There are multiple computer centers and some of them have a capacity of about 100 students. Furthermore, the centres have numerous computer systems and laptops that cater to the academic assignments of the students. Moreover, departments such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, etc.
Some of the departmental labs are Analog & Digital Communications lab, Advanced UNIX Programming lab, and Advanced Concrete Technology lab.
- Sports: To enhance students’ overall development the Institute facilitates them with top-notch sports infrastructure. The outdoor sports amenities include Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Football Court, Hockey Field, Throw ball Court, Cricket Pitch, and Shuttle & Ball Badminton Court.
Apart from this, students can access multiple indoor sports facilities including 5 Table Tennis Tables, about 5 Caron Boards, around 10 Chess Boards, and 1 Snooker Table.
- Canteen: The campus of the Institute has canteens which serve students numerous types of meals, snacks. Moreover, stalls are present to offer hot & cold beverages, bakery items, etc.
- Transportation: Approximately 27 buses are available at the Institute’s campus to facilitate students with convenient transport from the campus to the nearby areas and places where public transport is easily available.
- Healthcare Facility: There is an infirmary / medical centre at the premises of the Institute along with a well qualified doctor, a male and a female nurse to look after the urgent medical needs of the students.
