Fee Structure at AUD Delhi: Scholarships and Waivers

My overall experience at AUD New Delhi has been great. The college life in general was really good. The course curriculum might be a very important factor due to which I chose this course. they have a mid sem, an end sem and a presentation so due to this division if you don't score good in any one of the exams you still have scope of improving in other exams. Furthermore, the field and industrial visits have developed the practical knowledge. If anyone wants to get a perfect mix of theoretical and practical knowledge, he should opt for the same. The faculty here is really great which you probably won't get in other DU colleges leaving some of the top colleges.

My motive of enrolling in an MBA course was to continue the journey that I started after my 12th i.e. since I did BBA in my under graduation from the same university, I found the teachers helping, kind and intellectual, also I wanted to opt for private sector and would like to start my own business in future. You just have to clear a General test through CUET UG or PG. Admission process is really simple, you will get a mail from the college if you are shortlisted, then you just have to pay the first fee, and you are ready to go. The exams are held in 3 stages Mid sem exam, which consists of 30%, an end sem consisting of 40%, a presentation consisting 20%, hence, it is pretty flexible. The theoretical and practical knowledge combined make you industry ready and help you prepare for real life challenges.

The fee structure is as follows, Admission fee: Rs. 47,600 (Rs. 50,00 extra as a security). After that, semester wise fee is Rs. 42,600. It includes tuition fee of Rs. 37,500, Student welfare fund Rs. 500, co-curricular and industry Rs. 5000, and no other additional charges. Yes, student can avail fee waiver and can get upto 100% tuition fee deduction if their overall family income is below Rs. 3,00,000. Scholarship scheme is there in which the top 10 students from your batch every semester gets Rs. 10,000 based on your SGPA score.

The faculty in AUD New Delhi is great. They are kind and polite, cater to your doubts, keep the session interesting, and provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge. The faculty members must have a doctorate in a specific field or they have a PhD degree. The method of teaching is traditional blackboard and through PPTs. They are intellectual and their problem solving skills are good. The teacher to student ratio is about 5:70. My relations with the faculty has been great so far, they are easily approachable and are always upto take your queries

The placement cell is active and is continuously working with the college to provide maximum possible placement or internships. Last year, 168 students got placement ranging from 3.6 LPA to 7.4 LPA and got an average placement of 5.5 LPA from across 92 companies including E&Y, the Smart Cube, Crompton Greaves, Pradan, etc. Regular session on placement related topics are conducted. Most probably, I will also get a placement this year.

Sorry I don't have any personal information about hostel as I am living in a hostel.

The infrastructure is decent. The number of classrooms should get increased as the batches are increasing due to introduction of new courses. Other furniture condition is decent, washroom, etc are also in good and hygiene condition. The library is huge and has a great collection of book been it academic or non-academic, fiction to non-fiction. Campus is not so large but it is decent. There is greenery around and campus is covered with a lot of trees. Classroom seating capacity is of 100 students per classroom, it includes a blackboard and a smart board along with a projector and a screen. There a computer lab and a stationary shop available and a photocopy shop as well. There is no auditorium or conference hall. Canteen facilities are great and they provide good food although the prices are a little high. Sports facilities are great and all the equipment are available, a football ground and a basketball ground is there, and regular tournaments are conducted. Transportation and security facilities are up to the mark the metro and bus connectivity is great. There is a area which has garden it is one of my favorite spots for hangout.

The overall campus experience has been great so far, there is peace and not fights or ragging takes place. The college community is really good. There are clubs and societies such as Alankar our music society. Yes, I am part of the sports society. There are a lot of seminars and sports tournament happening in the campus. A whole lot of jamming sessions and other co-curricular activities keeps happening. From past 2 years there has been no fest happening but there is an Annual fest. Other sports events are also there. The college campus life is decent there are not a lot of things happening in the college but it is a great experience.
