My Academic Journey at Narayana Engineering College

Overall Rating
My overall experience at Narayana Engineering College is good. There are different factors which made me chose this college, first thing about this college is it is located in the town and there are no surroundings where you feel insecure. Second, they provide quality education and help us in placements. There are different types of technical events that help us in enhancing our coding knowledge. Not only studies they also organise sports which makes students enjoy their college life.
 

Academics Rating
There are different courses available in Narayana Engineering College like CSE, ECE, EEE, CIVIL, MECH, and other specializations. I have chosen Computer Science. CS department is at top in our college as there are many students who cracked their placement drive in their respective batches so I advice you to take Computer Science. There are different types of exams which makes our coding skill strong. During our examinations our teachers help and clear our doubts.
The fee is based upon the course you have chosen. In Computer Science the fee is Rs. 1, 30,000 and they provide buses and it has the separate fee. During the technical events or any type of registration the fee is Rs. 100 and some events are free.
 

Faculty Rating
All the senior faculty are well trained and well behaved. Faculty has higher knowledge about their subject and they also explain the topics very deeply and clearly. most of the faculty arrange doubts clarification session after every module this helps to get very good knowledge on the subject. There are many senior faculties for each department. Faculty teaches through PPT's and some through blackboard and they boost our confidence through seminar.
 

Placement Rating
In Narayana Engineering College there will be different types companies from other states and most of the students get placed from the Computer Science department and we have some separate faculty for placements. They provide good training to the students for cracking placements. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and many more visit the college each year for recruiting students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, residential facilities are available at Narayana Engineering College.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college has a vast infrastructure. Narayana Engineering College has three blocks where one block is for Computer Science, Mechanical and Civil department. Second block is for ECE, EEE and third block is for M.Tech and MBA. There is canteen that offers a good quality food to the students. There is central library and technical library where we can study very peacefully. We have cricket net, basket ball court, shuttle, kabaddi court and they provide buses for students. The security for students at Narayana Engineering College is good.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is bitter and sweet both because we have strict rules which we have to follow. There are 70 students from each class and we have separate timings for freshers and seniors. There are different clubs for organising sports activities, technical events, fun activities, etc. We have different types of events every time for entertainment and for technical. We have coding events as well. During festivals we have events based on festivals for Ramzan, Sankranti and Christmas.

    NEC Nellore is the best in our city Nellore. For those who want to stay in their native place and study, it is the best choice. I also joined because it is very nearby to our home.     I have gotten around 12,4xx rank in EAPCET. I joined Narayana Engineering College, as my parents did not want me to leave my hometown and study in some faraway city.
