SRCC New Delhi: Amazing Opportunities, Growing Network & Nurturing Environment

Overall Rating
Being a student at the most prestigious Commerce college of India, Shri Ram College of Commerce has been my dream ever since I decided to pursue the field of commerce. Securing admission here is something I’ll be always be proud of. There is so much life here and every day I find something new to learn which one of my favorite things about SRCC New Delhi. Interacting with likeminded people, finding new skills to learn and joining societies gives you a lot of exposure of life out of school.
 

Academics Rating
I am B.Com (Hons.) student and I chose this degree because of my immense interest in the field of Finance. For building a career in this field, what’s a better option than studying it at the top college. The cutoff criteria to be met varies from year to year. For my batch, it was 782/800. The first year syllabus mostly aligns with the 11th and 12th class with exams at the end of each semester. We have 2 semesters in one year.
The fee I paid for my course was quite minimal and there are very good scholarship opportunities available for those who need financial aid.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is experienced and has a great method of teaching. The classes catering to a few number of students makes it easier for both the teacher and the student to interact better and look closely at the problems at hand. It leads to great team building, assessment and problem solving. The availability of projectors in every classroom makes the lectures more fun and understanding of content is much easier.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of SRCC New Delhi is proactive and works along the lines of latest trends and skill building. The different clubs keep you updated with the knowledge essential in the current era. Various internship opportunities along with an amazing placement rate and package offers, it is the perfect choice.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is huge with a well-built infrastructure. It will take you some time at first to get familiar with the routes but once done, you won’t get enough of exploring each and every corner. The small kiosks along with the canteen make your short or long break with friends an amazing stress buster. There are a lot of rooms, with ACs in every one of them that makes it the best choice.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is enriching along with a lot of fun activities and opportunities for growth. There are a lot of clubs catering across different domains to match all your interests. There is always something interesting happening at the college to make your day. There are a lot of events for you to be a part of. I love spending my time here learning and experiencing new things every day. The Business Conclave and Crossroads are the two most exciting annual events.

    SRCC New Delhi is Asia's top Commerce College. It is the IIT/AIIMS for Commerce students.     The overall experience at SRCC New Delhi of mine in 1st two years is that it will keep you busy. There’s no way that you can find distractions as some days the classes are held till evening. Besides this so many societies, events, assignments, and activities takes place so it is impossible to find distractions.
