Overall Rating
The overall experience in JNU New Delhi is quite good. There are so many factors, which made me choose this one such as good alumni network, affordable fee, etc. It is different from others in many ways such as it has good environment, supportive seniors, and many others. There is no ragging in the campus. This university is one of the best universities. As for NIRF ranking, it is ranked as two.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen in the course here BA (Hons.) in Chinese language that is for 4-year course. The entry requirement of eligibility criteria for this you have to appear first in CUET exam. Then you have to clear the cutoff given by the university. After the result, you will get the call letter from the university and we will get the admission. CUET exam is conducted once in a year. However, the cut-off of this university is quite tough. It is one of the best universities in the India.
The course that I have chosen fee of this course is Rs. 268 for first semester and then Rs. 180 for the rest of the semesters. Students of economically weaker sections get the scholarship of Rs. 2,000 per month if they maintain good grades in the academics.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of this university is very good. Many of our faculties especially in Chinese centre. They are graduates with Master’s and also got PhD from JNU New Delhi. Some of the teachers use whiteboard, group discussion, textbooks, etc. while some of the teachers use PPT to preserve the work and teach subsequently. The bond between the teacher and student are quite good. Being a CR of the class, I have very good connections with my class coordinator and other teachers as well.
 

Placement Rating
The university has a placement cell. With the contact of your seniors and good alumni network, you got the placement after your graduation as well. Various internship programs are also there and you can enroll in them.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the college provides residential facilities. In first year, you will live in dormitory. There are separate dormitories for girls and boys in the college. After 1st year of your study, you will get the hostel. There are some of the old hostels as well as some of the new hostels. There is no district of time for hostel. It is open 24/7. Students are charged with Rs. 6,000 as a security deposit. Rs. 1,160 first semester is the hostel charges. Along with that, you have to pay bill on the monthly basis that falls around Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,000 for a boy and Rs. 3,000 around for a girl.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Jawaharlal Nehru University was built in 1969. An old campus is different from the new one. The infrastructure is quite goods. Nevertheless, the overall infrastructure here is quite good. My favorite place in the campus is PSR that is one of the best part you can see the whole campus. Inside the campus, there are all the facilities such as library lab, seminar hall, auditorium, conference hall, and IT sector. Medical facilities are also there.
 

Campus Rating
I have also seen other campuses as well but for me, this university offers the best campus life throughout the journey. There are various clubs in the hostel as well such as dance club, singing club, drama club, etc. there are many events organized by university. The political parties also organize different fest and event for the student of JNU New Delhi.

    So basically, I am studying in JNU New Delhi, which is a very well famous university. It is famous for Social Sciences. Here students can study many languages such as German, Japanese, Persian, and many other such languages. It is also famous for its MA degree.
