ICFAI University: Excellent Placement Records

Overall Rating
My overall experience in this university is very good. The campus is green, spacious and filled with energy creating a great environment for learning and socializing. It has well equipped classrooms, labs, a central library, and high speed Wi-Fi. The factors that made me choose this university is due to its high placement rates, and there are many internships available due to which others also go for it.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is B.Sc in Cardiac Care and Technology, which has good placement rates at ICFAI University. My motive for enrolling in this course is to become a good cardiac surgeon. Eligibility criteria at the university are that you have to score at least 50% in boards. The admission process is easy, you have to contact the admission cell and they will do whatever needed for admission. The exams are held in every month and may be in every week. The academics prepare us very well for real life challenges.
The fees of my chosen course at ICFAI University are Rs. 35,000 per semester, and Rs. 70,000 year wise. The tuition fees are Rs. 35,000. The admission fee is Rs. 20,000; any other charges are included in the semester fees. Yes, there are many special discounts available category wise. there are many scholarships available like ONGC, NSP scholarship, etc.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members at ICFAI University are very highly experienced and they teach us and solve our every doubt. The background of faculty members is that they are from IIT and have also done Ph.D in their subjects. Their method of teaching is very good; they give ppts and also group discussion, etc. The problem solving capacity of the faculty is very nice. The teacher to student ratio is 1:80, my experience and bonding with the faculty members is very good.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell at our university is very good and the person working there is also good. They help us to acquire jobs by doing related activity and attending the programs conducted by our university such as workshops, internship, seminars, etc. Renowned companies that visit our university for recruitment are Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Highest package of recruiter is 19 lakh per annum and average package offered is 6 lakh per annum. I have not yet got placed as I am only a 1st year student.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, ICFAI University offers us residential facilities. The total number of rooms in hostel is 350; number of students in hostel is about 550. Yes, the girls and boys hostels are separate. The mess food is not so good. Number of times food is given is 6. The hostel fees are around Rs. 34,500 per semester and for a year is Rs. 65,000. The hostel rules and timings are very strict. My personal experience about hostel is that it is a very nice place for residing and creating good memories.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus academic block is very big, and structure is very nice. The campus size is about 32 acres and the locality is also very nice with big plants and the roads are also very nice. The transport facilities are easily available here. Library, seminar hall, and different labs are also available here. There is also a big canteen, 2 sports grounds, medical transport, and 24 hours security is also available for the students in the campus. My favorite thing about the university is its ground.
 

Campus Rating
ICFAI University offers a vibrant and enriching campus life providing students with a perfect blend of academics, extracurricular activities and personal growth opportunities. The university crowd is very big. There are various clubs like coding clubs, sports clubs, dance club, etc. there are also many engagement activities like seminar, workshops, etc. that are held in the university for students. Also many fests are held here and my experience about the campus life of ICFAI University is very nice. It encourages students to engage in cultural, sports and co curricular activities as well.

    In ICFAI University, West Tripura there is good surrounding and area is very big and full of trees. There are very good classrooms which are big enough to hold up to 100 students and the faculties are also good in our university.     As I was a tech enthusiast and ICFAI University provides the B.Tech course for lower fees than the other private institutes in India, so I opted for this university. My overall experience I would to like to share is the faculties are average but some of them are just great. The campus is good and beautiful. The hostel rooms are good and the mess food is decent.     This is the top private university in Tripura; the campus is really big and amazing. Since I belong to Tripura so I opted for the university. It offers variety of courses and other facilities.
