Exploring ICFAI University: Its Academics and Campus Life

Overall Rating
My overall experience at ICFAI University is good. The factor that inspired me to take admission here is the teaching process. This university provides us best teaching related to our course which I cannot get in other institutions and I suggest all should go for the same course that I am pursuing currently. The faculty is very good here.
 

Academics Rating
The course chosen by me is B.A.LL.B and the motive behind enrolling in the same is it helps us getting deep insights about the legal studies. The eligibility criteria at the university are such that students must have at least 70% of marks in any discipline.
The fee of my chosen course at ICFAI University is Rs. 64,000 per year. The fee is Rs. 20,000 for admission and Rs. 10,000 is the caution fee. There is no special discount on fees for any student. There is a scholarship available for students and it's based on their semester marks.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are very specialized in their courses. The methods of teaching used by them are good. They teach through smart board and they also use ppt and group discussions for better understanding. The problem solving ability of the faculty is good enough. The teacher-student ratio at university is almost similar. My experience and bonding with faculty members is very good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus contains two academic blocks that are A and B and the structure is also nice. Campus size is big enough as compared to other universities and the locality is very friendly. The environment here is also good and the seating capacity is available as per the students. There is a central library in the campus and it is open for all. Different labs, seminar halls and auditorium are also made available in the college for students.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is very good enough and university crowd is also good here. There are various extracurricular activities that are organized by university such as there is a inter department cricket tournament and many other events. Different fests are also organised in our university and there is also a celebration of different festivals such as Diwali, Holi, etc.

    In ICFAI University, West Tripura there is good surrounding and area is very big and full of trees. There are very good classrooms which are big enough to hold up to 100 students and the faculties are also good in our university.     As I was a tech enthusiast and ICFAI University provides the B.Tech course for lower fees than the other private institutes in India, so I opted for this university.     This is the top private university in Tripura; the campus is really big and amazing. Since I belong to Tripura so I opted for the university. It offers variety of courses and other facilities.
