There is no entrance exam in this college to get admission. Mangalmay Institute is affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University. For admission in this course students need to go to the college website and fill the application form then college team contact the student for the further process. Fee for this course is around Rs. 70,000 which is reasonable. There is a dedicated block for the admission purposes in the college. I choose this college because my relatives recommended it to me. Faculties in this college are well qualified and their teaching style is good. I choose BBA because I wanted to do MBA for my future. College has good infrastructure but some buildings are not well maintained and some also does not have proper furniture. There is lots of fest and extracurricular activities happen on the campus ground on the monthly basis. Overall experience of this college was good.

The course is Bachelor of Business Administration which provides the exposure of the entrepreneurship, Management Skill, Analytical Reasoning, Critical Thinking and provides us the overall industry management to the students. Entry in this course done on the merit basis. I enrolled in this course because I wanted to be a good entrepreneur and a good manager in my career. To take admission in this course student in this course needs to complete their 12th or equivalent with minimum 60 percent marks. Course is not hard to understand for the student. There are monthly test in the college to access the learning. Subjects are also easy to understand with some self study we can perform well in the exam. There are six semester in this course and there is final exam after every semester and each semester exam is not hard to qualify. Students can qualify it with one night study. Other than than the exams students are also told to submit the assignments.

Faculties at Mangalmay Group of Institutions are well qualified but there teaching style is not good. They teach us with their best but some students cannot sync with them. When I was a student in this College I thought teaching style is best but when I am pursuing my MBA, I can feel that BBA teacher were good but they were really not able to teach the complex topics with ease. No doubt all faculties those teach me were very good and helpful for me and provided me good guidance for the future. Many teachers are very well qualifies and done their PhD and some of them also have done job in the corporate world and they has experience. Mangalmay Institute has many good things and one of that good thing is the teachers of this Institute. Best thing of the faculty is the support staff of this institute like the staff in the library and the department workshop. Even when there are event in the college faculty members also support in the event preparation and management and in the fund raising.

There is a placement cell in this institute but it does not offer much for the BBA student they are active for the B.Tech and MBA students. Mangalmay Institute provide placement for the BBA student but the percentage of the placement is not good for the BBA students. In my batch only 50 percent of the student got placed in many good companies and some student also get job in the MNCs with good package like 6 LPA which is a good package for a fresher. The reason for the 50 percent package is that many students does BBA to purse MBA to get a higher job opportunities so for that lot of student prepare for the CAT and CUET exam to get admission in a MBA college. That is some students also leave the offered job from the companies and join MBA colleges for their post graduation.

Hostels are below average in this institute they offer good facilities but there price is more than the college fee. So It is not really affordable for the candidates. Another factor that is the downside of the hostel and the institute is the surrounding environment. Living in a polluted atmosphere is very bad. When I was studying in this college we have to wear mask in the campus after Diwali because of the air pollution. Another cons of living in college hostel is food. I have been living in hostel since 3 year and I can say that food in the hostel was not good for health and it was not even tasty. Timings in the college girls hostel is also a issue because after 7.30 PM we are not allowed to go out of the hostel and we need to get in the hostel before 7.30 PM otherwise they will call our parents and it is very frustrating but it is also good for our safety.

College has overall 10 blocks and some of them are very well maintained. But some are not well maintained and they do not have proper furniture for the classroom. All classrooms are not Air Conditioned and in the summer sometimes it becomes very difficult to sit in the class because of the high temperature. Classroom has proper furniture and some classrooms also have the smart board to enhance the learning experience. College has a good canteen area and it has capacity of around 250 students at a time and it offers variety of food. Institute has its own central library in which all the required books are present for the students to study. Overall college provides all necessary facilities for the students but sometimes college feels very congested and it need to be less dense because college is very dense with buildings.

Overall college life in this institute is average it provides all type of experiences of the college life. One of the best experiences of the college is the fests and the events that happen in the college. I think events happen each month in the college whether it is a sports event or the cultural event or it may be a technical fest. There is also an annual fest that happens in the college in the month of April in which celebrities also give their presence. Sports events are fun at Mangalmay Institute and they are fun to watch. The show which I love is the dance show that happens in the farewell event in the college in the month of June. There are many clubs in the college that are run by the control of the college faculties and some of the clubs named as MGI Music Club, MGI Dance Club and Fashion Society, Public Speaking Club, Uddheshya Club, Control Cell. Life at Mangalmay Institute is full of good and bad experience.
